Welcome,
I'm Camila and this is the Chakra Self-Acceptance Prayer.
So let's start our prayer by choosing today's position.
You can choose to sit in the lotus position with crossed legs and hands resting on your knees,
Palms facing up.
Or you can lie down on your back,
Feet relaxed and hands also with palms facing up.
Or even you can sit in a chair as long as your spine is straight,
Also with palms facing up.
After finding your posture for today,
It's important to know that we will use our right hand to touch each point of each chakra in your body,
While your left hand remains with palms facing up.
Let's begin by calming your breath.
Start by exhaling through your mouth,
Gently,
Without forcing.
Release the air first from your belly,
Closing the ribs and releasing the air and finally contracting the chest.
Inhale first through the belly,
Expand the ribs and finally lift the chest,
Holding the breath for a few moments without forcing.
Exhale again slowly through the belly,
Mouth,
Closing the ribs and contracting the chest.
Continue this breath for 3,
4,
5 times,
Always aiming to release the air a little slower each time.
The secret here is to release.
When you feel ready,
You can return to normalizing your breath.
Let your breath return to its natural state.
Now let's start our daily prayer.
The first point where we will touch with our right hand is the root chakra.
If you are in a lotus position,
You can sit on your hand as if you were supporting your pelvic floor.
If you are lying down,
You can place your hand between your legs.
Now visualize a red light point in this chakra.
From this moment on,
Let whatever needs to come,
Come.
Whether it's sensations,
Colors,
Images,
Emotions,
Thoughts.
Become aware of this chakra at this moment.
Now say to yourself,
I embrace my fear.
I embrace my fear of scarcity.
I embrace the fear of tomorrow's lack.
I embrace the fear that I might not handle what I need to handle.
And because I embrace my fear,
I can finally walk this earth freely,
Knowing that I am worthy of all security.
From now on,
I don't need to do anything else to eliminate my fear because I can embrace it within me and I love the part of me that feels fear.
And it is done.
Now move your hand to the lower abdomen,
To your sacral chakra.
Visualize an orange light point and say to yourself,
I embrace my guilt.
I embrace what in me holds me back because it feels the need to compensate the world in some way.
I embrace my real guilt,
My unreal guilt.
I embrace my repairable and irreparable guilt.
And because I embrace my guilt,
I am free to experience pleasure.
I am free to experience exchange.
And I am free to experience encounter.
I love the part of me that still feels guilt.
And from now on,
I don't need to do anything else to eliminate it from me.
And it is done.
Move your hand to the solar plexus in the region of your stomach.
Visualize a yellow light and say to yourself,
I embrace my shame.
I embrace the fear of my own light.
I embrace everything,
What I want to hide about myself.
And because I embrace my shame,
I am free to express in the world what only I could express because only I am me.
I no longer need to eliminate my shame from myself because I love the part of me that feels shame.
And it is done.
Now take your hand to the center of your chest to the heart chakra and visualize a green light.
Say to yourself,
I embrace my resentment.
I embrace everything that I insist on feeling again and again and again.
I embrace my mourning and all my pains.
And because I embrace my pains,
I open space to feel a love that I could never conceive.
I open space to feel new emotions so that everything I feel has space and can go when it's time to go.
I no longer need to eliminate my grief,
My pain,
My mourning and my resentment because I love the part of me that still needs to feel things again and again and again.
And it is done.
Now take your hand to your throat chakra,
Bring your awareness and visualize a light blue light and say to yourself,
I embrace my lie.
I embrace everything that I still can't admit to myself and therefore I can't express in the world.
I embrace the part of me that is still afraid to be seen,
That is afraid to be heard and therefore so often doesn't see and doesn't hear.
I no longer need to eliminate the untruth from my life because I love the part of me that still needs to lie.
And it is done.
Place your hand on your forehead,
In the middle of your eyebrows,
At the third eye chakra and visualize a dark blue light there.
Say to yourself,
I embrace all my illusions.
I embrace all the fantasies I create to avoid seeing reality.
I embrace the part of me that is afraid to see what it sees,
To understand what it understands.
I embrace all my psychic powers.
I embrace all my perceptions.
I no longer need to eliminate the illusion because I love the part of me that still needs to stop seeing.
And it is done.
Then place your hand on the top of your head,
At the crown chakra.
Bring your awareness to a violet light,
Sometimes white,
Sometimes golden.
See how you can perceive it and say to yourself,
I embrace my attachment.
I embrace everything I want to keep the way I think it should be.
I embrace my control and therefore I can be free to receive everything that comes from above the way the higher send this to me.
I no longer need to eliminate my attachment and my control because I love the part of me that still needs things to happen the way I want them to.
And it is done.
Now,
With all your chakras activated,
You can say whatever you want to say to yourself at this moment.
You can continue with your breath and start to notice new sensations in your body.
Let the light of each chakra expand and become part of your body,
Beyond your aura and then you can keep these lights inside you.
Stay in your breath as long as you feel and when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
