Now you can think of someone you don't have good feelings or someone you need to forgive.

Let me explain to you how it works.

At the beginning of the prayer,

When I say,

Say your name,

You can say your full birth name.

And when I say,

Say the person's name,

You can say the name of the person you are practicing forgiveness through Ho'oponopono.

Are you ready?

Let's start.

Take a deep breath and connect with your heart.

You can repeat this prayer with me.

Divine Creator,

Father,

Mother,

Son as one,

If I say your name,

My family,

Relatives,

And ancestors have offended you.

Say the person's name.

Your family,

Relatives,

And ancestors in thoughts,

Words,

Deeds,

And actions from the beginning of our creation to the present.

We ask your forgiveness.

Let this cleanse,

Purify,

Release,

Cut all the negative memories,

Blocks,

Energies,

And vibrations,

And transmute these unwanted energies to pure light.
