Now take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out.
Again,
Deep inhale through your nose and exhale slowly out through your mouth.
One more just like that.
Wonderful.
Now begin to breathe normally.
Feel your body sink deeper into this moment.
Allow your body to feel the support of the surface underneath you.
You are safe to stop reaching.
You are safe to stop proving.
You are safe to receive.
Now take another deep breath in and this time breathe in expansion.
Exhale any scarcity or smallness.
Another deep breath in through your nose.
Think expansion and exhale scarcity.
One more.
Expansion.
Scarcity.
Exhale.
And now return to your normal breath.
In this very moment,
The gates are opening.
You will now bring awareness to your heart space.
Imagine a warm golden light pulsing here.
With each natural breath,
You see it expanding.
Growing.
Filling your chest.
Radiating out beyond your body.
Radiating out two feet in front of you.
Radiating out now to fill the room that you're in.
Radiating out to fill the whole building.
And radiating out into the universe.
This current state is the frequency of ease.
The energy of alignment.
The vibration that naturally attracts all that is good.
You are so deserving of all that is good.
All the money.
All the opportunities.
The time.
The love.
It's all flowing to you now with ease.
Just as you breathe effortlessly,
So do these things flow to you now.
Notice how it feels in your body to receive the gift of breath.
Oxygen.
Cellular regeneration.
And expansion without resistance.
