Transcript

Welcome to your full moon meditation.

This is a time of illumination,

Of celebration and of deep gratitude.

With each phase of the moon we move forward on our journey.

We now arrive in the fullness of this moment,

A moment of light,

Of clarity and of witnessing how far we have already come.

Tonight we open our hearts,

We embrace the fullness of our lives as they are,

Knowing that abundance is not just something to seek but something to recognize,

Something that already surrounds us.

I invite you to take a deep breath in,

Feeling the golden thread of your journey glowing warmly within you and then exhale,

Releasing into the present moment.

Here in the light of the full moon we simply are.

Now take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down and then allow your shoulders to soften,

Your spine to lengthen and let your body settle into a space of stillness.

If you haven't yet done so and if it is comfortable for you,

Gently close your eyes and begin to tune your awareness inward.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Inhale fully,

Feeling your ribs expand and exhaling deeply,

Releasing any tension you might be holding.

Continue with these deep breaths,

With every inhalation drawing in light and every exhalation softening into a space of ease.

Now place your left hand over your heart,

Your right hand over your left and let them rest there gently.

Feel the warmth beneath your palms,

The quiet rhythm of your heartbeat.

With each breath,

Imagine your heart center glowing with a golden light,

Soft,

Steady and radiant.

As the full moon shines above us,

Its light touches everything,

Leaves,

Water,

Rooftops and even your skin.

It does not hold back its glow,

It simply shines.

In the same way,

Your heart has carried you through each moment,

Through every step and through every breath.

I invite you to take a moment to reflect on all that has unfolded in your life recently,

Not just the things you have reached for,

But also the small,

Quiet blessings that have naturally appeared.

What in your life right now feels full?

What are you grateful for,

Not just in what you have,

But in who you are?

Don't overthink this question too much,

Just sit with what comes up for you,

Breathing through every moment with a sense of gratitude.

Let your breath carry gratitude into every part of your body,

Expanding like a warm golden light in your chest.

I invite you now to silently,

Or aloud,

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I honor this moment and all that it holds.

I am grateful for the abundance that already exists within me.

I open my heart to the fullness of life.

Allow these words to settle into your heart,

Soft and steady like the moonlight above.

Now take a moment to tune back into the rhythm of your breath.

Soft,

Easy inhalations,

Soothing exhalations.

The full moon reminds us that we are not small,

We are luminous,

Just as we are.

Begin to visualize yourself standing in the light of this full moon,

Arms open,

Heart open.

You are not waiting for abundance,

You are already within it.

You have walked this path with courage,

You have arrived here,

In this fullness,

Exactly as you were meant to.

Take a deep inhale,

Drawing in the energy of wholeness,

Of presence and of knowing.

As you exhale,

Let go of the need to chase anything.

Simply be here,

Shining,

Luminous,

Complete.

You are enough,

Exactly as you are.

For the next few moments,

Stay with your breath and the wholeness of who you are.

Breathing with gratitude,

Breathing with an open heart.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.

Become aware of the steady rhythm of your heartbeat,

The softness in your shoulders,

The gentle rhythm of your breath.

The full moon does not ask us to be anything other than what we are.

It reminds us that we are already light,

Already full and already whole.

Take one final deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Carry this feeling with you.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Return with a quiet knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

You are the light,

You are abundance,

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Ah, gosh. This was so soothing! As someone who is highly sensitive, the full moon's energy can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, so I appreciate how this brought me to a place of steadiness, stillness, and calm. Cait, your meditations never disappoint. 🙏🏼❤️
