Begin to find a comfortable space,

Whether you're sitting lying down or even standing,

And begin to notice your feet.

And with each inhale,

Inhale up through the soles of the feet,

And then exhale out the soles of the feet.

Visualizing your inhale coming up the soles of the feet and your exhale out the soles of the feet.

And when you're ready,

Begin to visualize roots.

And with each exhale,

The roots growing longer and further down through the floor,

Through the floorboard and into the earth.

And with each exhale,

The roots keep growing further and further into the earth,

Down through the layers of the earth.

And eventually,

Your roots will make their way to wrap around the crystalline core of the earth.

Wrapping and tethering around the crystalline core of the earth.

Notice what it feels like to feel grounded and tethered,

Heavy,

Supported by Mother Earth.

Begin to notice your roots illuminating.

And with each inhale,

Pull Earth's energy,

Earth's frequency up the roots,

Up through the soles of the feet to fuel and nourish the body.

Exhale,

Go back down the roots,

Scoop up more of Earth's energy and inhale them up the roots,

Up through the feet and up through the body all the way up to the crown of the head.

As you exhale,

Make your way back down the body,

Down the roots,

Back down to the core of the earth and inhale again all the way up through those illuminated roots,

Through the feet,

Up through the body,

Perhaps visualizing your body illuminated by Earth's energy.

Continue with this breath,

Inhaling up through the core of the earth,

Through the roots,

Up the feet,

Through the body and exhaling down to collect more Earth energy.

Exhale,

Go back down the roots,

Up through the feet,

Up through the body,

Up through the feet,

Maintaining the flow of the breath.

Exhale,

Go back down the roots,

Up through the feet,

Up through the body,

Up through the feet,

Up through the body.

On your next inhale,

Begin to collect your roots and with each inhale the roots grow shorter,

Coming closer into the body.

And once you've collected your roots,

Begin to breathe.

Exhale through the soles of the feet and exhale through the soles of the feet.

And simply notice your body breathing without any effort,

Effortless flow,

Noticing the body heavy,

The force of gravity like a weighted blanket pulling you closer to the earth.

Exhale through the soles of the feet.

Earth's energy is always accessible.

We just have to get still enough to listen and to feel.

And when you feel complete,

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Deepening the breath,

Maybe taking a big stretch,

Opening the mouth nice and wide.
