Let's begin by just taking a deep breath.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Open the mouth and sigh.
Allow the shoulders to soften.
Deep deep inhale through the nose and sigh it all out.
Notice where in your body you can soften.
Take a few more of those breaths in through the nose,
Audibly sighing out the mouth.
Feel your seat come up to support you or just notice where you are in your space.
Maybe your eyes are open,
Maybe they are closed.
Continue with that sighing breath and begin to notice your body.
Maybe getting out any last minute wiggles and noticing your body.
We'll begin to visualize the body in perfect health.
Visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror,
Seeing your body,
Your essence.
Perhaps you witness your body enveloped in golden radiant light.
Notice your feet and your beautiful toes,
Scanning up your legs,
Hips,
Belly,
Chest,
Your collar bones,
And your radiant face.
Begin to notice your eyes,
The creases around your eyes,
And take a look at yourself in your eyes.
What color are they?
Notice their brightness,
Their vividness,
And see your eyes staring back at you with so much love and admiration.
Notice your body breathing,
And your eyes have something to tell you.
Receive that message now,
And while you continue to gaze into your own eyes,
As my teacher says,
Repeat aloud,
I am so grateful for my radiant health.

Looking back at your body,
Glowing in that golden yellow,
Noticing your hair in whatever texture it is today,
The shape of your head,
And shining right down on your crown,
Golden yellow light streaming down your body,
From the crown of the head,
Down the third eye,
Down the throat,
The heart,
Solar plexus,
Sacral,
Root,
All the way down the legs,
Down the feet,
The entire body enveloped in golden yellow radiant light.
Wherever you are,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Notice your body,
And any shifts or changes that may have occurred during your meditation,
And remember the message that your eyes gifted you.
What was that message that your eyes shared?
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Concluding with a couple more sighing breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Taking one hand to your belly,
Another hand to your heart.
