Now there's no wrong way to meditate.
You can be standing,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Walking,
Or driving.
You can be dancing.
Dancing can be a meditation.
So let's get that out of the way.
There's no wrong way to meditate.
And just focus on being just present in your body.
Yes,
There will be thoughts streaming through your mind.
So often I hear people say,
I can't meditate.
I just have too many thoughts.
That's okay.
If a thought comes up,
Just witness it float away.
If it's something really important,
You can even jot it down and come back to your meditation.
So without further ado,
Just stay focused on my voice.
Stay focused on the sound of the instruments and mostly just stay focused on your body.
Present in your body.
Grateful for this moment and breathe a little bit deeper and be complete,
Feeling a little bit more clear,
A bit more grounded,
