After years of success in the corporate world, she reached a turning point in 2015 when burnout began to take a toll on her health. Choosing self-care over stress, she stepped away from her career to focus on her well-being and discovered the power of mindfulness. Since then, Bahar has trained with world-renowned teachers like Dr. Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Michael Beckwith, and earned certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (University of San Diego), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (Oxford University), and Youth Mindfulness (UK). In 2017, she founded Beyond Mindful Living, an organization dedicated to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. Today, Bahar helps individuals and organizations manage stress, anxiety, and burnout through workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements. Her approach is warm, practical, and deeply human—rooted in the belief that mindfulness can help anyone reconnect with their inner calm and live a happier, healthier life.
