This Thought Field Therapy (TFT) tapping sequence targets anxiety or panic. In TFT, we focus on the feeling and follow the tapping sequence. This track goes straight into the process without trying to settle or relax the body, which can be a challenge in a state of panic. The sequence is repeated four times (pausing the video if needed to repeat the pattern) until your anxiety subsides. Instructions are clear and supportive, offering safety and reassurance. Tapping helped me manage panic attacks related to health issues. Even if symptoms persist, tapping provides a practical way to address anxious feelings.
