In this meditation, you will create a powerful Circle of Safety, surrounded by three supportive figures: a Wise Person, a Nurturer, and a Protector. This circle will help you feel grounded, loved, and protected, allowing you to relax deeply and experience a profound sense of security. Throughout the meditation, you'll tap into the wisdom, love, and strength of these figures, letting them guide and surround you with peace.

Hello and welcome!
I'm so glad you're here and today we're going to take a beautiful journey together.
A journey to create a circle of safety around you.
And this circle will bring in three powerful figures to help you feel deeply supported.
And that will include a wise person,
A nurturer,
And a protector.
This meditation is designed to help you create a sense of safety and comfort,
Allowing you to feel supported in your body and mind.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
You can sit,
Lie down,
Or even stand.
Whatever feels best for you.
And just take a moment to settle in,
Making sure you feel supported by the surface beneath you.
Just take your time,
Allowing yourself to fully arrive.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And notice your breath as you settle in here.
Inhale a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body begin to relax.
Let your shoulders soften and feel the gentle weight of gravity grounding you down.
And let's take a few moments to become fully present here.
Notice how the earth or whatever surface you're resting on is supporting you and holding you in this moment.
And take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of any tension,
Just allowing your body to soften a little bit more.
Breathing in,
Aware of your in-breath.
Breathing out,
Aware of your out-breath.
And let the rhythm of your breath calm your body.
And with each inhale,
You are bringing in calm and relaxation.
And with each exhale,
Letting go of any tension,
Any stress.
And as you settle deeper into your body,
Feel the space around you becoming more still.
Imagine your body growing heavier,
Sinking into the earth,
Feeling more grounded with each breath.
And begin to imagine that you're standing in a peaceful,
Serene space.
You feel the solid ground beneath you,
Supporting you.
And you know that this is a safe place.
And in this space,
We're going to create your circle of safety,
A powerful boundary that holds you in a space of protection,
Peace,
And calm.
In this space,
A circle begins to form.
This circle is your personal space of safety and protection.
Notice how this circle grows slowly,
Expanding around you the soft,
Soothing energy.
This circle may glow with light.
It may be made of warm energy.
Or perhaps it's surrounded by natural elements that bring you a sense of calm,
Like trees,
Or water,
Or the sky.
Whatever you envision is perfect.
This circle is a powerful boundary.
It holds you,
Shields you,
And keeps you safe.
It's a space where only peace,
Support,
And healing can enter.
Now,
Let's invite in three important figures to join you within this circle.
Your wise person,
Your nurturer,
And your protector.
They are here to surround you with the love and safety you crave.
Begin with inviting your wise person to step into this circle with you.
This person represents deep wisdom,
Insight,
And clarity.
It could be someone you know,
A mentor,
A teacher,
Or a beloved figure.
Or perhaps it's a wise person you've imagined,
Someone with a deep knowing of the world and a calm perspective.
And as they stand with you in this circle,
Notice a sense of steadiness that they bring.
Their energy is grounding.
Their presence is calm.
This wise person doesn't rush or hurry.
They offer you space to reflect,
To listen deeply,
And to receive clarity when you need it.
If you wish,
You might hear them speak words of wisdom,
Or simply feel their comforting silence,
Reminding you that you are always supported,
Always guided.
And let their presence reassure you that you can trust yourself in the process of life.
Take a moment to sit in the stillness and wisdom of this person.
Breathing deeply,
Letting their energy bring you clarity and calm.
Let their wisdom comfort you,
Knowing you can turn to them whenever you need guidance or clarity.
Breathing in,
Be aware of your in-breath.
Breathing out,
Aware of your out-breath.
Next,
We invite your nurturer into the circle.
This person embodies care,
Compassion,
And love.
Perhaps it's a person you know,
A close friend,
A partner,
A family member,
A friend,
Or even a loving animal.
Or maybe it's an energy that feels warm,
Soft,
And enveloping.
Like the nurturing embrace of nature.
It could also be someone completely imaginary from a favorite book or favorite movie.
Allow their presence to wash over you,
Feeling the softness in the air as this person stands behind you.
Offering unconditional love.
Their energy surrounds you,
Wrapping you in comfort and tenderness.
With each breath,
You feel your heart open,
Filling with a sense of peace and warmth.
Feel their nurturing energy surround you,
Allowing their gentle presence to soothe your heart,
Offering you the comfort and care you desire.
Let yourself receive this nurturing energy,
Knowing you are worthy of care.
Worthy of love and worthy of compassion.
Feel the nurturing presence fill your body and heart,
Soothing any areas of tension.
With every breath,
You are cradled in the love and care this person offers.
And take a few deep breaths here,
Letting yourself relax into the feeling of being deeply cared for and nurtured.
And finally,
Invite your protector into this circle.
This person represents strength,
Security,
Safety,
And protection.
This person is here to shield and defend you.
Might be someone you've always felt has had your back.
A friend,
Family member,
Or perhaps a powerful protective figure you imagine in your mind.
And as they step into this circle,
Notice the strength and calm that they bring.
Their presence creates a strong,
Secure boundary around you,
One that shields you from harm and keeps you safe.
The energy of your protector is fierce and loving,
Creating a space where you can rest,
Knowing you are defended from anything that may disrupt your peace.
Feel their energy surround you,
Forming an impenetrable shield of protection.
You are safe.
This figure will always defend you,
Offering you the strength you need to face any challenge.
You can trust that they will hold space for you,
No matter what may come.
Notice how their energy creates a strong,
Secure boundary around you,
And how it allows you to relax a little more,
Knowing that you are fully supported.
Take a deep breath in,
Aware of your in-breath,
And let it all go,
Aware of your out-breath.
And now take a moment to notice how these people,
This wise person,
This nurturer,
And this protector stand around you.
They have created a safe and loving space for you.
You are surrounded by wisdom,
Love,
And protection,
Forming your circle of safety.
They are here for you,
And you are free to let go of any tension or worry,
Knowing that you are completely safe and cared for.
With each breath,
Feel the energy of your circle expanding.
This wise person offers you clarity,
This nurturer offers you love,
And this protector offers you strength.
Together,
They create a space where you can feel truly safe,
Grounded,
And cared for.
You are safe,
You are protected,
And you are loved.
Allow yourself to settle in a little bit more into this feeling.
Notice how it feels to be fully supported by these figures.
You don't need to do anything right now.
Simply be,
And let their presence fill you.
Let yourself relax into the sense of peace and calm they provide.
Notice how your body feels as you rest here in your circle of safety.
Perhaps there is a sense of lightness,
A sense of peace,
Or a feeling of being deeply held.
And if any tension or worry arises,
Imagine it gently dissolving in the warmth of this circle.
Know that you are free to let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Allow yourself to relax fully into the support of your circle of safety.
Knowing you are completely safe in this moment.
Take a deep breath in,
Aware of your in-breath,
And a deep breath out,
Aware of your out-breath.
As we begin to close this meditation,
Take a moment to thank your wise person,
Your nurturer,
And your protector.
Know that they are always available to you whenever you need them.
And you can return to your circle of safety anytime you wish to feel grounded,
Nurtured,
And protected.
Take a deep breath in,
And let it all go.
And when you're ready,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Notice your breath.
And when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Carrying the peace of this circle of safety with you as you move forward with your day.
Remember your wise person,
Nurturer,
And protector are always there for you.
And you can always come back to this circle of safety anytime.
