This is a meditation to support your chakra system,
Allowing it to upgrade to a higher capacity by using the gifts of the Golden Ray to help upgrade each of your chakras.
The Golden Ray is a channeled healing energy that is delivered by both light currents and sound currents.
So let's go ahead and move into this guided meditation by bringing yourself to a comfortable seat.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
We're going to start with three cleansing breaths.
Inhale and exhale.
On this last inhale,
Go ahead and breathe in deep,
Bringing all that healthy air into your system,
And then exhale,
Allowing your body to just relax and settle into this space.
We're going to start by imagining that there's this golden orb of light in front of you.
It's warm.
It's light.
You can feel the energy of unconditional love within this golden orb,
And you're going to welcome this eagerly into your heart center.
So just allowing it to move at whatever pace feels right until it is surrounding your heart center.
You feel the warmth,
You feel the production,
And you feel the unconditional love of this golden orb around your heart.
Now we're going to activate the Golden Ray within your system by starting to allow a golden ray of light to move from this golden orb from your heart center up through your left shoulder,
Over the top of your head,
Down through your right shoulder,
Crossing through your heart center,
Down through your left hip,
Below your first chakra in the base of your spine,
And then looping back around through your right hip and coming back through the center of your heart.
And just allowing that energy,
That golden ray,
To be moving in a left direction through the infinity in your body.
Prepping your body,
Asking it to release any blockages,
Limiting beliefs that will get in the way of upgrading your chakra system.
Now we're going to allow that current of energy to move on its own while we bring our attention back to our heart center and we feel this golden ray starting to move out of your heart center but in the opposite direction on this infinity.
So from your heart center to your right shoulder,
Up and over your crown chakra,
Through your left shoulder,
Back through the center of your heart,
Down through your right hip,
Below your first chakra,
Left hip,
And come back through.
Now allowing that to move on its own,
Bringing in the light and the healing energy of the golden ray to prep your body to receive and prep your chakra system to be able to see,
Receive,
And upgrade with this meditation.
So now we're going to allow both currents of energy moving in opposite directions within your body to just do this on autopilot in the background.
This energy is holding your system,
It's holding the space,
And it's allowing for this upgrade to truly be able to move in and support your system.
Now we're going to bring our focus down to our first chakra,
So that's around the base of your spine.
We're going to use the activation of the chakra,
The sound current,
Which is Lam.
I'll chant this three times.
It's important for you to just receive this sound while paying attention to your root chakra.
There will be other healing sounds that come through as well.
Focus on your first chakra and just receive Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
Feel into your root chakra,
Feel how it has expanded and is now able to receive and shine out more of your unique light.
We're going to move our attention up to your second chakra,
Which is approximately two fingers width below your belly button and in the center of your body.
Go ahead and breathe in there and exhale.
Now the activation current of this chakra is Vom.
Go ahead and receive this sound now.
Vom.
Ah.
Vom.
Vom.
Feel into that second chakra,
Feel how it's open.
Again,
Both allowing you to receive more light and emanate more of your true light.
Allowing that chakra to continue shining,
You bring your attention to your third chakra,
Which is approximately two fingers width above your belly button and in the center of your body.
And the healing sound of this chakra is Ram.
Ram.
Feel into your third chakra,
Feel its expansion and opening.
Feel the ability to receive more light and shine more light.
Allowing your third chakra to continue shining and move our focus up to your heart chakra.
The healing sound for this chakra is Yam.
Yam.
Yam.
Feel the expansiveness of your heart chakra.
Your heart can shine,
Your heart can receive light.
Letting it shine,
Move your focus up to your throat chakra.
The healing sound for this chakra is Hum.
Hum.
Hum.
As you breathe into your throat center,
Noticing how much bigger it is,
How much more expansive,
How much light it can receive,
How much light it can share.
Allowing it to illuminate,
Move your focus to your third eye,
Which is between your eyebrows into the center of your head.
The healing sound for this is Aum.
Aum.
Aum.
Aum.
Aum.
Feel the expansiveness of your third eye,
Of your knowing,
Receiving the light shining your light easily.
Now bringing your attention to your seventh chakra,
Your crown chakra,
At the top crown of your head.
For this opening,
We're going to use the sound of silence and allow just the light currents to come in and open up and upgrade your crown chakra.
Feel how those light currents open up your crown chakra,
Allowing the light to pour in easier,
Allowing your light to shine.
Now bring your attention to your entire body and notice how each of your chakras are more expansive,
More open,
That they are shining your unique light into the world.
This is a beautiful meditation to come back to on a regular basis.
Brings you back into center.
It illuminates and upgrades your chakra system to be in full alignment with your unique and true light,
Allowing you to move through your day shining what is more authentically you.
Take one last deep inhale and exhale with gratitude to the golden ray and your unique light.
Open your eyes and go into your day shining,
Being,
And spreading your light to the world.
