Let's get started.
Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position.
Go ahead,
See if you can find a more comfortable position right now.
Yeah,
Just maybe 5% more comfortable.
And allowing our eyes together to gently close,
Let's take a few deep,
Calming breaths.
And if it feels right,
We can activate the power of the imagination,
Sensing,
Seeing,
Feeling a soft healing light filling the entire body.
And seeing our body inflate with this healing,
Soft light on every inhale.
And with every exhale,
Taking a moment to connect with the weight and gravity of the body.
Noticing feelings of support,
And just simply being present with the body and the sensations as it is right now.
And with each breath,
Gently repeating the mantra,
I am safe.
I am safe.
Feeling the gentle rhythm of the heart anchoring you,
Connecting you to a place of deep love and care.
This is your time now to rest,
To heal,
And to let go.
Trust that just by being here listening to the gentle music,
You're honoring a powerful journey of healing for yourself and in solidarity with all beings.
