That spark led me to dive deeper into holistic health — completing yoga teacher training, immersing myself in meditation practices, and studying the power of breathwork, functional movement, recovery, and especially Yoga Nidra — the art of deep rest and nervous system healing. Through these practices, I discovered a balance I didn’t know was possible, and a calling to guide others toward the same. Today, my approach to wellness blends mindful movement with stillness, strength with surrender, and meditation with everyday integration. Whether through Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, or intentional asana, my goal is to help you calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and feel more resilient, grounded, and present in your life. My classes and sessions are steady, nourishing, and intentional — crafted to guide you inward, restore your energy, and leave you moving through life with greater ease and clarity.
