Welcome to a meditation with self-love affirmations with me,

Rachel Boucher.

Get comfortable wherever you are and adjust yourself so that you feel even more comfortable.

Invite yourself to take a deep breath and when you're ready begin to close your eyes.

Notice how your breathing goes from head to tail.

Watch how your face,

Your lips,

Lungs,

And stomach feel.

Notice the sensations with the breath as you breathe deeply in and out,

In and out.

Bring your attention to your hands and notice the sensations in your hands.

If you want,

Put your hand on your heart and if not,

You can put your hands wherever that feels comfortable.

Notice how your body feels and take another deep cleansing breath.

You will hear self-love affirmations and it will be said once and then you'll repeat it and then you'll say it again two more times.

I radiate love to all parts of me.

Invite yourself to take another deep breath and begin to slowly focus your attention back into the space where you are.

Listen to the sounds around you and when you are ready open your eyes.

It is time for you to take care of yourself even more.
