Intuitive One.
So glad that you can join me today to expand your intuition.
This is Rachel Boucher,
A lifelong intuitive and full-time teacher,
And we're going to do a short meditation with five powerful affirmations to strengthen your intuition.
So first off,
Get yourself comfortable.
Adjust yourself as you need to.
And make yourself 10% more comfortable.
Adjust clothing,
Adjust your position,
Whatever will help you with that.
And then take a deep breath and inhale slowly,
Exhale slowly.
And take a few deep breaths to help yourself get situated.
Notice your thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations,
And just observe them.
And invite yourself to take some more deep,
Cleansing breaths.
With your eyes closed,
Find a spot in your body that feels calm and centered.
And just be aware of that spot.
Notice how it feels calm and watch it expand.
Let that spot of calm and centered continue to grow.
So take some deep breaths into that spot.
Breathe into that calmness.
Breathe into that spot.
And now I will say five affirmations,
And you're going to repeat it three times.
And I will give you space to say it to yourself aloud or in your head as you feel would be best.
So take another deep breath and then repeat after me.
I am expanding my intuition.
I am expanding my intuition.
I trust my inner knowing.
I trust my inner knowing.
I trust my intuition.
I trust my intuition.
My inner wisdom brings me clarity.
My inner wisdom brings me clarity.
My inner wisdom brings me clarity.
My intuition is guiding me.
My intuition is guiding me.
My intuition is guiding me.
Listen to that space and take some more deep breaths.
Notice your thoughts,
Emotions,
And sensations.
Just observing.
Give yourself another deep breath.
And when you are ready,
Get up and go about your day.
