This is a 3:33 light language chanting meditation and vocal activation dedicated to the Earth chakra, located about one and a half metres below the surface of the ground. Visualise the colour gold; this is your earth chakra. This 10th chakra is your connection to the energies of the Earth and your environment, it is very physical and contributes to your physical well-being.
