Namaste.

Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert.

How is everybody today?

I hope everybody's having a wonderful day today so far.

Today we're going to meditate on a mantra that I think is just so appropriate for right now in the collective being of our universe.

And yeah,

It feels like this particular mantra is such a great lesson for us.

This mantra is a Hindu mantra,

Sanskrit.

And I've used it before but I don't know that I've ever truly explained it in the proper sense of explaining it.

And it's such a beautiful lesson.

And what I love about these lessons is that there's always something new to be learned.

Okay so anyway,

Getting off track there.

The mantra is Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

And what that means is,

And the way we sort of describe it,

Because the actual sort of,

Dare I say it,

Like literal translation is Truth,

Sat is Truth,

Chit is Consciousness,

And Ananda is Bliss.

But it goes,

When you say it all together,

It sort of goes a little bit beyond those three simple words.

And that's what I love about it because Sat means Truth but it also means a reality,

Our existence,

Right?

Our being,

Who we are right now.

That's Truth.

Truth is us.

Truth is our existence.

Right?

And Chit is Consciousness.

So Chit has to do with recognizing our Truth.

Recognizing the Truth within.

Recognizing our soul and our soul's light.

Who we are.

Recognizing that Truth.

Then of course,

Finally,

Is Ananda.

And that is Bliss.

Bliss of not just like extraordinary happiness but Bliss as in the joy of the soul.

That deep down incredible rapture of life,

Right?

And that's what I love.

That's what I love about Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Because it's basically,

It's seeing the Truth in yourself.

Seeing your own personal Truth in your soul's light creates Bliss.

Which I just love.

I mean who doesn't want Bliss in their life?

Right?

So if we go into that deep place in our soul,

If we go into that deep place and we see our Truth,

We see that we are,

We see that we are everything.

We are existence.

We are everything.

And if we bring in that Truth into our soul's being,

It creates the Bliss.

Right?

The Ananda.

So that's what we are meditating on today.

And so,

Okay,

So let's all get comfy.

Get yourself in a great position because we want to go deep with this today.

Because Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

That's what we are concentrating on today.

Right?

Our reality,

Our soul,

Our Truth.

And the Consciousness of that Truth creates our Bliss.

So get yourself comfortable.

When you feel comfortable,

Allow your eyes to float closed.

Let's take a nice really great deep breath in,

Filling up your lungs.

And hold it there just for a second and then release.

Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful.

As we get ready to sit with this beautiful,

Amazing mantra today.

This truly life-changing,

Life-altering mantra.

Let's start this out by considering a few things that we're grateful for.

As usual.

Which we love.

So what are a few things that you are absolutely thankful for?

That you are just grateful for?

It could be anything.

It could be the fact that you woke up this morning.

It could be the love in your life.

You know,

Honestly,

It could even be the possibility of love in your life.

You could be grateful for finding your own personal Truth.

But it could also simply be that first cup of coffee that you have in the morning.

You can be thankful.

That's what's so beautiful about this practice.

You can be thankful for anything.

Whatever feels right for you.

There's no right and no wrong.

Our mantra again for today is Sat Chit Ananda.

Sat meaning Truth.

Reality.

Chit meaning Consciousness.

Ananda is absolute Bliss.

Sat Chit Ananda.

Sat Chit Ananda.

As we sit in the stillness,

Let's repeat the mantra over and over and allow it to get into our soul and become our soul's light.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Sat Chit Ananda.

Start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Knowing that as we recognize our truth,

Our existence,

As we become conscious of our reality,

This brings us bliss.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Breathing in this amazing bliss.

Breathe in and hold it and then release.

And when you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes and take this with you for the rest of your day.

This amazing reality of bliss.

So thank you so much for joining today.

As always,

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
