Namaste everybody and welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert.

I am Lori Albert.

And I've said this before,

I always want to say,

And I'm your tour guide for today,

Today's meditation is so beautiful.

It's about bliss,

It's about us getting out of that really kind of ridiculous way that we've been feeling.

Okay,

I'll just say it my way,

That I've been feeling.

I have been feeling so,

I'm just,

Let me just put it this way,

I'm really tired of feeling sad and not with it and I'm tired of this low energy that our planet seems to be dealing with.

I'm tired of negativity,

I'm tired of all of that,

Right?

So today,

I thought I would ask Spirit and Archangel Michael to guide us on a sort of bliss meditation.

Now when I say bliss meditation,

I kind of mean anything better than low vibration,

Right?

So basically what I asked before we started here,

I asked Archangel Michael to just guide,

Right?

Guide us all,

Help us all collectively raise our vibration,

Raise our mood quite frankly.

We need to be in a better,

We need to be in a better place than the lower part,

Like the sadness and the stress and the anxiety.

Let's raise that.

And so today,

That is our meditation.

Are you ready?

Okay,

So let's get ourselves comfortable because we're going to go,

This is a deep meditation,

We're going to go long-ish,

Long,

I mean maybe 10 or 15 minutes.

And you know what,

We can do that.

I know I try to keep it on the shorter side,

But we can do this because that's our next step,

Kind of,

Right?

Okay,

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Let's take a nice deep breath in and release.

Release and relax.

Relax into the joy that is our lives.

Relax into the bliss.

And before we start,

Let's get grateful.

What are a few things that you are grateful for today?

Just a few.

Some people can come up with 10 right off the top of their head and some struggle with two.

But maybe today,

You're only supposed to focus on one thing.

Maybe today,

You're only supposed to focus on one thing that you are grateful for and that's okay.

Could be the joy of the holiday season.

It could be you or your family's health,

Which is so prominent right now.

It's so important for us to consider the health of our loved ones,

Right?

What are you grateful for?

So as we consider this,

Our mantra for today that we're gonna focus on and we're going to repeat over and over again.

I am surrounded by the love of my loved ones and the angels.

I am surrounded by the love of my loved ones and angels.

And as we just sit and relax in this place of bliss,

We can rest and know that our loved ones on the other side and the angels are looking out for us and surrounding us with love and bliss.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose.

Hold it and release.

Feeling that love and that bliss and the joy of knowing that our loved ones and the angels are surrounding us right now.

When you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

So I hope everybody felt that joy,

That bliss.

So important to sometimes just sit back and allow ourselves to feel joy and bliss.

We have to allow ourselves.
