Saying something as simple as, "I can manage this" versus "I can't do this" will help your brain rewire how it thinks and processes. On Day 2, we will learn how to create GTPs - Go-To Phrases to help us connect with the power of affirming words. Learning to speak positive words of life over yourself is a powerful tool that you'll want to use every single day.

Meditation and Mindfulness are lovely tools that connect us with our body, our breath, and being in the present moment. On day 3, we will experience the SSHTTS meditation, an original mindfulness practice created by Barbara Faison that helps you be present and tuned into your body and breath, using all of your senses. You will also spend time in silence to connect with the present moment even deeper.
