The Devine Child

In this episode, we start with the first of our boy archetypes. This part of us will later become the King so we need to honour and protect it. Learn how to do both in this episode and rediscover what makes you so special.

The Devine Child Shadows

In this episode, we begin to uncover the first forms of our shadow. Remember, the goal is not to escape our shadow. Just like a real shadow, it's attached to us so there is no escape. Instead, we need to learn to accept and integrate it! You'll learn how here.

Precocious Child

We dive into the precious child in this episode as we explore what excites you. By tapping into this inner child we uncover what it is you have a passion for. This is important as passion gives you the energy to push further when others give up. This is essential in order to develop the skills necessary to become great at anything.

Precocious Child Shadows

The Precocious Child is full of wonder and excitement to learn, but in the shadow lurks his nemesis. "The Know it All Trickster" and "The Dummy" both use deception rather than knowledge to serve themselves and not others. Listen here to find out what these shadow elements are and how you can avoid them.

Lição 5

The Oedipal ChIld

The Oedipal Child is all about his relationship with his Mother, and the right amount of relationship. We all love our mothers dearly, but sometimes if we don't learn to fend for ourselves we can end up weak or unable to love anyone else. It is a delicate balance we have to strike. We need to learn to find beauty in everything and that requires interacting more with the feminine in the outside world.

Oedipal Child Shadows

In this episode, we learn what can come of a boy who cannot learn to interact with the "Great Mother". Fairy tales like Hansel and Gretel offer a succinct description. Find out in this episode the dangers of "The Momma's Boy" and "The Dreamer".

Lição 7

The Hero

The Hero archetype is the last of the boy archetypes, it is the gateway to our mature masculine energies. We have focused so much on who we are, but now we are shifting gears to who we could be. This episode sets up how we manage that boy energy and how we begin to reach our potential by sacrificing and recognising our inadequacies.

The Hero Must Die

I've added an extra element to this section due to its importance. This is your self-generated initiation, your right of passage, where you begin taking ownership of your future and become aware of the consequences.

Lição 9

Hero Shadows

As with all our archetypes, the hero has his own shadows. In this episode, you'll learn about the Grandstand Bully and the "Coward". Both fall short of their ideal Hero and can stop us from developing in a meaningful way.
