Bobbi Paidel

Bobbi is a yoga teacher, practitioner and seeker with more than 18 years of deep study and contemplation of the human experience. She has devoted her life to living and sharing the spiritual principles of yoga and oneness as taught by her Guru in the advait vedant wisdom tradition. Since 2014 Bobbi spends months, and sometimes years, at her home in Northern India, immersing herself in the yogic lifestyle. She shares her own knowledge in classes, workshops & retreats with students from all over the world. Bobbi is also the host of A Curious Yogi Podcast, a certified Space Holder for the recovery-based Yoga of 12 Step, an ayurvedic yoga massage practitioner, and the co-founder of Tribe of Lambs - a Canadian charity for children living with HIV in India. She holds a B.A. in Dance is an animal-loving vegan and has an insatiable appetite for everything disco.

There are so many mediation for racing thoughts and the anxiety it brings with it but this mediation actually helped focus on breath first taking me out of my head and then introduced the mantra and so followed the experience of peace and calm in my mind. I was then able to find some peace, grounding and rational thought from the racing anxiety. Would really recommend this mediation.

Wow, that was the best for me this morning. I wake every day in a lot of pain, which wont kill me but certainly tortures me both physically and mentally, this week has been worse as on top of multiple conditions ive had a stinking cold for over a week, which has made everything else so much worse. I listen to a yoga nidra every morning as part of my preparation for my day. Today this one was perfect and i lay for a very long time after, which so far I have never been able to do. Not only in peace and quiet but actually at peace with myself, just letting my mind wander round my body again like a mini submarine exploring how I feel 😌 🙂 and I know I am strong. Thankyou so much.
