I'm Fiona from Bluebrand Yoga and I'm taking you through an I Believe guided meditation.
Firstly,
I want you to get comfortable wherever you want to be.
You can be in a chair,
Laying on the bed,
Wherever you're comfortable.
Slowly closing your eyes and bring awareness to your breath.
Breathing in calm and peace.
Continue to gently bring awareness to your shoulders and wherever you are,
Just to gently roll them back.
You can pick them up as you inhale and then gently let them go as you exhale.
Inhale,
Shoulders up.
Exhale,
Rolling them down.
And then just gently bring ear to shoulder and then the other way,
Ear to shoulder.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Consciously slowing it down.
Okay,
Bringing your left hand to your stomach.
I want you to repeat silently to yourself,
I believe in myself.
I believe in myself.
I believe in myself.
The first time you feel it,
The second time you believe it and the third time you mean it.
Now bringing your left hand to your heart and repeating to yourself,
I am healing.
I am learning to love myself.
I accept myself.
Gently bringing your left hand to your temple and repeating to yourself,
I am powerful.
I am passionate.
I am resilient.
Gently bring your awareness back to the breath,
Sitting here and letting that resonate and then slowly repeating to yourself,
I have everything that I need.
I am exactly where I am meant to be.
And gently bringing your awareness back to where you are.
