Welcome,

Radiant soul.

My name is Nola Bloom,

And this meditation is called Surrendering to the Unknown.

It's a gentle new moon ritual,

A time to rest in the dark,

Trust the unseen,

And soften into the mystery of what's becoming.

Let this be your quiet sanctuary,

A sacred pause between chapters,

A space to exhale the weight of what was and welcoming what is still forming beneath the surface of your life.

So find stillness now,

Close down your eyes,

And give your whole self permission to enter the dark and tender void of this moonless night.

There's no need to strive,

No need to know anything,

Allow yourself to just let go.

On the new moon,

The sky goes dark,

We see no light,

And yet we know the moon is still there.

Invisible,

But not gone.

Quiet,

But not lost.

This is the wisdom of the unknown,

That even in the absence of clarity,

Something sacred is stirring.

Sometimes we need the silence before the song,

The pause before the breath,

The space between the waves,

The falling away before the becoming.

So in this stillness,

Let yourself rest in the mystery.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of the ocean,

Just as the last light fades.

There is no moon in the sky,

Only a blanket of stars.

The waves are gentle,

Rhythmic,

And soothing.

You can't see where the water ends,

But you can feel its presence pulsing with light.

Breathe in the salt air,

Let it open something deep inside you,

A quiet willingness to trust what cannot yet be seen.

Now slowly begin to release.

Let go of needing to have the answers.

Let go of old stories about who you've been.

Let go of control just for now.

Let yourself be held by the mystery.

This is the sacred dark.

A rich,

Fertile unknown,

Where new life begins to take root long before it blooms.

There's a part of you that knows how to wait,

How to listen,

How to be with the not knowing.

That part of you is ancient,

Wise,

Unshakable.

Let her rise now.

Let her hold your heart as you breathe.

Trust that what was meant for you is already growing,

Even if you can't name it yet,

Even if it's not fully formed.

Let the tide take what is no longer yours.

Let the stars remind you that darkness holds just as much magic as the light.

Now place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Whisper inwardly,

I surrender to the unknown.

I trust what is unfolding.

I welcome what is becoming.

Let those words move through you.

Let them echo gently through the chambers of your being.

And now rest.

Rest in this moment.

No need to move.

No need to rise.

Just be here in the sacred dark.

The new moon asks nothing of you but your presence.

And in that presence,

You become the soil,

The ocean,

The womb of creation.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for trusting the unseen.

And thank you for welcoming what's next with softness and courage.

Namaste.
