So take a moment to get yourself comfortable in either a seated or lying down position.
Close down the eyes and settle the breath.
And feel the earth beneath you.
Supporting the entire weight of your body.
With every exhale allow yourself to soften a little more deeply.
Arriving fully in this present moment.
Take a big breath in.
A long,
Easy breath out.
As you settle deeper into relaxation.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a radiant golden light.
With each breath,
Sense this golden light becoming brighter and more expansive.
Feel it gently enveloping your entire being.
Illuminating the body,
Mind,
Heart and spirit.
Rest within this beautiful golden aura.
Knowing that within you lies infinite potential and boundless possibilities.
Now picture yourself walking slowly through a serene lush garden.
Tall grasses sway softly in the breeze.
Butterflies drift lazily through the sunlight.
The air is peaceful and alive.
Golden rays of sunlight shimmer across the garden.
Filling everything with warmth and gentle beauty.
As you walk through the garden.
You discover a tranquil pond resting in the center.
The water is still and shimmering.
Delicate lily pads float peacefully across the surface.
As you draw closer,
You notice a magnificent lotus flower rising gracefully from the depths of the water.
This lotus flower represents your blooming spirit.
Your inner growth.
Your strength.
Your delicate unfolding.
At first,
The lotus remains gently closed.
Beautiful bud waiting patiently to bloom.
Holding within it.
Untapped potential.
And unseen beauty.
Now imagine the warmth of the sunlight touching the lotus petals.
And slowly.
Softly the flower begins to open.
One petal at a time.
Unfurling grace and ease.
With each breath you take,
The lotus blooms a little more.
Opening wider.
Expanding more fully.
Revealing more of its intricate beauty.
Notice the rich shades of pink and fuchsia.
See the delicate patterns etched upon each petal.
Reminding you of the uniqueness of your own spirit.
There has never been another soul exactly like you and there never will be.
Take a few moments to simply rest in the presence of this fully blossomed lotus flower.
Bring awareness to the center of the lotus flower.
At its center you discover a glowing golden heart.
A radiant sphere of warm golden light.
Repulsing with love compassion.
And inner wisdom.
As you focus on this radiant light.
Feel its warmth gently flowing towards you.
Embracing your entire being with comfort,
Tenderness,
And care.
As you rest here.
Repeat these affirmations inwardly or voice them out loud.
I am a blooming spirit filled with boundless potential.
I release all limitations and allow my true essence to shine brightly.
I am open to growth,
Expansion and positive change.
