This is Gabriel Crystal and I want to welcome you to this self-confidence meditation.
Please settle comfortably in your position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and let's take a few deep breaths together.
We're going to be taking five deep breaths in through the nose for four counts and out of the mouth for six counts to calm our nervous system.
Let's two three four five six.
In two three four.
Out two three four five six.
One more.
In two three four.
Out two five six.
Now let's take a deep inhale in through the nose,
Feeling your belly all the way up to the chest and hold your breath here at the top with your lungs at full capacity.
Focus on your heartbeat and exhale all the way out.
Let your breath return to normal now.
Allow your body to relax,
Your mind to quiet and your heart to open.
As you settle,
Let this thought sink in.
You are guided by the same life force that orchestrates the rhythm of the oceans,
The cycles of the seasons and the blooming of every flower.
This force,
This profound intelligence doesn't just surround you,
It flows through you.
It's the reason your heart beats,
Your lungs breathe and your mind dreams.
You are a part of it.
It's separable from all the abundance of creativity and possibility that exists in the world.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Imagine your breath going down through your body and extending out from your feet as roots.
Imagine these roots now going deep into the earth,
Anchoring you to its steadiness.
With every breath,
The roots grow deeper and this connection grows stronger.
Visualize a brilliant light rising from the earth through your roots,
Traveling into your feet,
Your legs and your core.
This light fills your heart with warmth and strength,
Flows through your mind and radiates out through the crown of your head,
Connecting you to this infinite sky.
You are grounded on the earth and limitless in the cosmos,
A channel for the earth's wisdom and the cosmos' infinite intelligence.
As you breathe in this energy,
Allow these truths to settle deep within you.
From this moment forward,
You carry yourself with poise and assurance,
Knowing you are supported by this infinite intelligence at all times.
The same intelligence that has guided every master that walked the earth.
You choose to align with this power right now,
Letting its wisdom and creativity flow through you effortlessly.
You can always call upon this wisdom whenever you need it.
