We'll be practicing nasal circular breathing,
Inhaling for 4 counts through the nose and exhaling for 4 counts through the mouth.
We'll imagine as if we're breathing into our hearts while calling in elevated emotions like love,
Gratitude and joy.

Circulating that loving energy throughout the body while creating beautiful feelings of bliss.
