This short passage reflects on the gentle transition from winter to spring, emphasizing the importance of moving forward with patience and intention. It draws inspiration from nature’s cycles, reminding us that just as trees don’t rush to bloom, we too can embrace growth at our own pace. Spring is an invitation to awaken, to stretch, and to step into new possibilities with presence and care—trusting that everything will unfold in its perfect time. Thank you to Dandelion Music for the background music.

WELCOMING SPRING As the days grow longer and the world begins to wake,

We too may feel the stirrings of new energy.

Spring is a time of possibility,

A season of beginnings,

But that doesn't mean we need to rush forward all at once.

Nature moves in cycles,

Transitioning from stillness to movement with grace.

The trees don't force their leaves to grow overnight,

They emerge in their own time.

The same is true for us.

If winter was a time of deep rest,

Spring is an invitation to stretch,

To shake off the stillness,

And to step forward gently,

Intentionally.

Let this season be a reminder that growth is most sustainable when it is nurtured with patience,

Presence,

And care.

As we welcome this new season,

Let's move with the same wisdom as nature,

Allowing,

Unfolding,

And trusting that everything will bloom when it is ready.

Thank you for the reminder to practice patience and slow down… everything happens in its own time
