There are many ways that you can practice Loving Kindness. One way is chanting and listening. This special chant about loving-kindness is called "Metta Sutta" or "Karaneeya Metta Sutta." While you are listening you can practice loving-kindness meditation. Also, you can listen every morning, evening, night time or whenever you can. This will help you stay calm and relaxed.
