Today, I allow my thoughts to be calm, To be clear, To be focused. I trust myself and my abilities to access whatever it is that I need. I trust that the unseen path ahead and the great mystery of what's to come. I am able to navigate life with grace. I have everything I need to succeed. Powerful changes are happening within me, And I welcome and embrace them. I let go of future projections and trust that by staying present in this moment, I create a pathway towards the perfect unfolding of my life. Even in the face of change, Even in the face of challenges, I trust with quiet and calm confidence that I am safe, That I am always right on time. I am patient with this process, And I know deeply that everything is working out in the highest and best way for me. Today, I choose to be kind to myself. Today, I choose to smile at the simple pleasures of life. I give myself permission to relax. I give myself permission to celebrate. I am willing to laugh at myself and the world around me. I respect and honor the life path I have chosen. I have come a long way. I trust my guidance system to illuminate the path towards creating and becoming. I have fine-tuned my awareness to listen deeply to my internal guidance system. I am open to receive. I am in love with who I am and who I am becoming. I know that as I fill my own cup, I am in service to the greatest good. I am worthy and I deserve all the incredible things that are coming to me. I am already enough. I am learning to see myself as whole. I am peaceful. I am balanced. I am prosperous. I am blossoming. I am blossoming. This meditation changed my life. I listened to it every day when I was extremely sick and in the hospital- now that was almost two years ago. I listened to this again today and immediately started crying, but in a way where I felt nostalgic for that time in my life. Proud of where I am now and how I feel truly aligned with these affirmations. I didn’t believe them when I started listening two years ago, but I am now in deep trust with myself… and I give a lot of credit to this mediation.
