In between your shoulders,
With a nice straight spine.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling the air fill your lungs,
And exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or stress that you may be holding onto.
Make each breath bigger than the last,
Creating more and more space inside your lungs and your chest.
Allow your breath to make you sit up straighter,
To make you take control of your body.
Take a few more deep breaths on your own,
Allowing your breath to fall to your normal pace,
And arrive fully in this present moment now.
Slow down and enjoy this moment.
Now let's shift our focus to the mind.
As thoughts arise,
Acknowledge them and let them pass by like leaves floating down a stream.
Remember that this is your time for inner peace and clarity.
