Begin by finding a comfortable seated position either on the floor with your legs crossed in front of you or in a chair with your spine straight and your feet planted firmly on the ground.

It's best to be sitting for this meditation so you can feel your strength and energy building as you become more confident.

Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with air,

Fresh cool air.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tension in your body and release the negative thoughts or emotions.

Breathe in the fresh air and breathe out the tension.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now visualize yourself embodying the person that you are truly meant to be.

The person you would be if you could just feel free and unattached to all external factors or fear of judgment.

Who would you be in a perfect world?

What would you be doing?

Who would you be with?

How old are you?

Do you see yourself as your current age or are you older?

Visualize your life and focus on your breath.

And as you sit here,

With each breath,

Imagine a light shining down on top of your head,

Your body absorbing it.

You are becoming grounded.

You are becoming stronger.

You are becoming taller.

You are the light.

The universe is supporting you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Nothing is stopping you from becoming that person that you are truly meant to be.

That person that you want to be.

It is within you.

Breathe in the light,

Now imagine yourself in a specific situation where you want to build confidence.

See yourself handling that situation with ease and grace.

Visualize yourself speaking clearly,

Standing tall,

And radiating confidence and poise.

You can handle it.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Focus on the affirmation that speaks the most to you in this moment.

The affirmation that will bring you more confidence for today.

Allow your mind and your body to let these affirmations soak in and become who you are.

Sit with these affirmations and focus on your breath for a few moments.

Allow these positive thoughts and feelings to fill you up and let go of any doubts or fears that may be holding you back.
