Let's start by simply taking in a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to settle into who you are and how you are feeling in this moment.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center.

Your heart represents your light,

And your light represents your true self.

As you breathe and listen to these mantras,

Feel this light expanding,

Filling your entire being with its uplifting energy.

You may choose to repeat these mantras silently or aloud with me,

Whatever feels most comfortable to you.

And if one mantra resonates more with you than the others,

Hold on to that today and let it guide you through your day.
