This is a morning meditation to help you wake up and step into your power,
Take a deep breath,
Welcome the day,
Taking a nice big inhale,
A little deeper and let the next exhale be grounding and steady,
Maybe lengthening your spine,
Have a stretch and just feel your body waking up,
You are no longer asleep,
You are here,
Just taking notice of your breath,
Inhaling energy,
Exhaling out,
Feeling grounded and just repeating to yourself,
I am awake,
I am present and I'm ready for this day,
I'm awake,

This is a new day and you don't have to carry yesterday with you,
So perhaps saying today is a fresh start,
Today is a fresh start,
I allow myself to begin again,
I'm just anchoring that mindset and that energy in now and just repeating the words,
I choose how I show up today,

I can handle what comes,
I can handle what comes and I'm going to move through my day with calm taking a nice deep breath in,
Feel a sense of readiness settle in now,
Take a final deep breath in and a very nice long slow and steady exhale,
This is your day,
I'm grounded,
I'm capable and I'm ready to come back again if you like and do this on a routine,
