Greetings,
Starseeds and inhabitants of planet Earth.
Today I'm going to be sharing with you a guided meditation.
This meditation is designed so that you can interact with your inner child as often as you need to on a regular basis or simply whenever situations come up that your spirit or your consciousness reminds you that stem from experiences in your childhood that need to be resolved that have not yet been addressed.
So for this meditation you can be seated.
I'm sitting cross-legged right now in my room.
You can sit with your legs sticking straight out.
You can also sit on your heels with your legs bent at the knees and your feet underneath your hips.
I'm seated cross-legged today and my hands are resting on my knees.
We're going to begin by closing our eyes,
Focusing up and into the third eye and taking some deep breaths in and out to prepare the way.
As you breathe in you can visualize peaceful ocean waves floating and as you breathe out you can see the sun glistening on the waves shining on your face.
You can feel the peace that the ocean brings.
You can visualize yourself standing in a room or in a room with your hands on your knees.
You can visualize yourself standing in a room or an open area where there isn't much else around.
If you're out in nature perhaps there's a few trees and stones but you're in a clearing so that there's space for you to meet with yourself.
In this space you see yourself as a child in front of you at whichever age these events occur that you need to resolve.
The age doesn't really matter it's more the imprinting of the memory on that child version of yourself.
When you can see yourself as that child version you can walk towards them and when you reach them you can kneel down in front of them.
Look yourself in the eye.
Take your hands into your hands.
Tell yourself you are loved because you love yourself.
Tell yourself that you are in a safe place and that you are able to heal because you are already whole.
Now ask yourself when did you decide that this is who you have to be?
Give yourself time to answer and listen.
You can pause this video at any time and restart when you are ready to proceed.
Now ask yourself when did you agree to the labels that you've given yourself?
Now take yourself into your arms in a loving embrace and tell yourself you are enough and you are whole.
You are loved and you are already healed.
What you decided belongs to you no longer serves you and does not have to be a part of your life or your identity.
These labels that you've used to protect yourself or to move yourself forward that no longer serve you can be released at this time.
You are free to be who you truly are at your core which is love.
Look yourself in the eyes and just share this love energy.
Meditate on how good it feels to be whole and loved.
Tell yourself that this is who you are.
All those old labels,
All these past events no longer have any control over who you are today or who you will be in the future.
What you decided then does not have to be now.
Who you decided to be then is not who you are now.
You are free now and you are loved.
You are free to be loved and to be loved.
When you are ready you can stand up and step back.
Look at yourself as a child,
Whole and healed,
Loved and loved.
And remember that this is who you are now as well.
It is who you were then and who you are now.
Whenever you need to you can come back to this place and meet with your child self and remind yourself that you are loved and that you are loved.
That you are already whole and healed and that you are whoever you want to be.
We'll end this meditation by taking a few more deep breaths in and out of your mind.
As you breathe in,
Hear the sound of the wind rustling the copse of trees in the middle of the deep forest.
And as you exhale,
See the eagle flying high above,
Circling,
Seeing all the large scale and the minute detail.
This is who you are.
You are loved and loved.
You are all.
You are the universe.
