Good morning and welcome.
Today's meditation is going to be focusing on manifestation for the new year,
For a new life,
For a new you,
For peace,
Whatever it is that you most deeply desire.
I hope you enjoy today's session and let's get started.
So closing your eyes,
Simply taking a few moments to get comfortable in the place,
The way you're sitting.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Here I suppose you're truly moist,
Down your throat,
Feeling expanding,
All those dark sounds,
Allowing any tension to release from your body and the air.
Breathing in,
Filling the lungs,
Feeling that fresh,
Oxygenated blood flowing to all the parts of the body,
Lifting and replacing all stagnant energy,
Carrying it back through the body,
And releasing the air.
Breathing in,
Letting it breathe in,
And visualizing this fresh,
Oxygenated blood flowing to the tips of your toes,
The holes of your feet,
And the out breath,
Carrying away the tension in those feet,
Allowing the feet to move a lot.
Now directing that breath,
New life,
To your ankles,
Your shin and your thighs,
Filling the air with fresh blood,
And new energy,
Carrying away anything discolored,
In the out breath.
And now,
Sending your new life and joy to your knees and your thighs,
Affronting your thighs from the back of your thighs,
Lifting all that tension,
Releasing it out through the out breath.
Next breath,
Sending new life force to the hip area,
The last of it,
Buttocks,
Midget muscles,
Reproductive organs,
And the bowel,
Allowing this new life,
This oxygenated blood flow through the air,
Just swallowing the flow through these areas,
Lifting and releasing the energy,
Any pain,
Tension,
Or tensions.
Allowing this old energy to flow back in,
In the out breath.
Next breath,
Sending new life force to the hip area,
The last of it,
Buttocks,
Midget muscles,
And the back of the hip area.
This fresh new life will change you,
And you will make back to the muscles here,
Allowing your belly to relax,
And sending into your front midsection,
Your stomach and back.
Now say all in your soul,
Feeling this energy,
Lifting and releasing,
And sending into your back,
And sending in,
When I see any tension,
Any glitches,
The out breath,
Feeling this fresh energy,
And you're spinning around,
Sending this energy now,
In the in breath,
In the space,
And then release,
And let it chill down,
Let it rest,
And around your shoulders,
And around your legs,
The part of your shoulders,
So down your arms,
Sending the breath,
This air,
Down to the fingertips,
Feeling this new fresh life filling these areas of your body,
Smelling and flowing and clearing,
I see.
Continue in to send this new life force of the breath,
Through your neck,
Up and over,
Back and behind,
Into your side,
All over your face,
And muscles in your face,
Your whole hands,
And around your eyebrows,
Underneath your eyes,
And around your cheekbones,
And in your bottom jaw,
Your cheek,
Down your lower chin,
To your throat chakra,
Your voice and your lips,
And styling,
Swelling and clearing,
Lifting and releasing the attention,
Any glitches,
Any outbreaks,
Perhaps if you may have problems with your eyes,
Or issues with your forehead,
Your throat chakra,
Coming from not speaking naturally,
Asking you to place a blue light,
Think of the colour of the stars in the sky,
That white glow,
Ices in and around your throat chakra,
Inviting your space to cleanse and clear,
Filling the space with light.
As we welcome Jim and you,
Life as we know it is beginning to settle down,
And as we want to needed to be able to breathe Come back to the city,
This manifestation meditation is more about the energy that you wish to bring in.
Embody,
Hold,
The upcoming year.
What you wish to embody more.
How you wish to radiate with the new thing.
I'm going to take a few moments to ask how we make the question,
What is it I would like to bring to the year 2021.
What is kindness,
Compassion,
Self-adulgence?
Perhaps it's love,
Joy,
Grace,
Strength.
Perhaps it's ignorance.
What is the answer you receive from your mind?
When you receive your answer,
You will have an idea in your mind of the person who is being most present that re-entered this vibration.
Just ensuring that you take notes of that initial image that comes with the word.
Perhaps you simply get an image.
What do I need?
What do I need?
How can I be more open,
Accepting and love all my hands?
Trusting in the universal blueprint of my life.
Once you have your vibration rewound,
Your image,
Sit with that word,
That image.
Mentally saying the word and seeing the image of the being that represents this human.
As you sit with the word and the image.
Bringing focus to your vibration sets.
When you are around people and inviting them,
An energetic frequency,
You feel that in every cell of your brain.
If you feel lighter,
You may feel happier,
You may feel more peaceful,
More motivated,
More passionate,
More confident.
You know that you desire it because you feel it in your body.
So focusing in the word of the image and then sensing in yourself how that energy feels.
How it feels in your body when you are around that person.
How it lifts and changes your energy,
Assists in shifting your frequency.
You feel yourself magnetically drawing into that energy.
I'm going to ask you to draw this energy into your being.
Keep drawing it in.
You're setting,
Recalibrating,
Renewing all your cells in your body to match this vibration.
Shifting and change,
Flowing.
Feeling the nearby vibration as it speeds up the frequency to the right time.
Calling now on your name,
And myself a connection to go.
Asking your name now to surround you with a shield of white roses.
These white,
Soft white roses will enable your frequency.
To be aware of the vibration that's shifting towards this vibration you wish to hold.
Looking into this.
Because it's not the car,
It's not the house,
It's not the job,
It's not the money.
When you are manifesting,
You wish to focus on the frequency of the vibration of an image of someone who has what you desire,
Not the item.
All things will come when you meet that vibration.
Shift your vibration.
This is wide-shielded roses facing in the next,
Towards you and out.
The shield will enable you to keep your vibration in the trajectory where you wish to be,
And hold this energy in your being,
The outside portion will also assist in only allowing through your energetic field your shield of roses.
Things that match,
Match this vibration that you are embodying with this shield.
Taking a few more deep breaths of this faith,
Drawing in that energy and vibration that you wish to embody,
Filling the sounds that way of vibration.
The sound that you wish to embody,
