Let's begin by coming into a relaxed position.
Begin to notice your breath.
Notice the sensations of the movement of your breath.
Breathing in fully.
Exhaling fully.
Feeling the movement of your body to accommodate the breath.
Your belly,
Your ribs,
Your shoulders.
Become aware of sensations in your body.
Become aware of energy moving through your body.
Perhaps you feel tingles in the palms or the fingertips,
The toes.
Feeling sensation through the torso,
The neck,
The face.
Tuning into your pulse somewhere in your body.
Tuning into your pulse somewhere in your body.
Relaxing the jaw,
The tongue,
And the forehead.
And now visualize,
If you will,
An energy center below your feet,
About 12 to 18 inches.
And observe what your particular energy looks like or feels like at that space.
And now let's see a line tracing down from your feet into the earth.
And let's imagine that the earth is charging that energy center.
And as it does so,
That energy center informs and supplies the other energy centers in your central channel.
So at your feet and your knees and your hips,
Into the root and the sacral and the solar plexus,
Up through the heart and the higher heart and the throat,
To the third eye and the crown,
And coming out the top.
Then imagine an energy center above your crown,
Connecting to the sun and the sun also charging that center.
And then see that golden light pouring down through your crown and through your central channel.
So third eye,
Throat,
Higher heart,
Heart,
Solar plexus and sacral,
Root,
Down through your knees and your feet,
And out to that energy center below your feet.
Envision it making a circle,
Like a sphere around your body.
We're going to activate points in your body with one of the weighted forks.
So you'll hear the activation of the fork and then the sound of the fork.
And the points of your body that we're activating are the bottoms of your feet,
The outside of your knees,
Your hips,
Your solar plexus,
Beneath your collarbones,
At your third eye,
And your crown.
Now we'll begin to comb in towards your heart center,
Starting at the outer edge of your biofield.
Notably,
This is where the conception,
Gestation and birth are encapsulated in a double plasma wall at the edge of your field.
Outside of that wall is ancestral information.
Notice thoughts,
Sensations,
Images that come to mind and allow them to pass like a like a leaf on a stream.
You just watch it go by.
Our body is listening to the sound of the fork.
It's coming into coherence.
The fork is picking up on incoherence.
And it's gathering that incoherence and will carry it back to your central channel.
Imagine a crisscrossing golden mesh that is the outer layer of your biofield.
The interior is a teeming biophotonic mass that encapsulates your history,
Your memories,
Your actions,
Your encounters.
Imagine functioning from a level of harmony and coherence,
Unity in your thoughts and actions,
Connecting your will with what you imagine,
Divine source,
Energy,
God,
And then wrapping yourself up in a cocoon of 528 hertz.
And now taking a deep breath in,
Grounding into your feet,
Feeling into your body as you come back into awareness of the room.
Take time today to ground maybe outside barefoot on the earth,
Or a salt bath,
Or a foot soak.
Notice anything that might come up.
Emotions,
Things may come up for release,
You may just have physical sensations,
Any discomfort.
Just know that that is re-regulation of your body.
Sometimes you notice the absence of the incoherence or dissonance that you've been carrying with you that has been removed from your field and reintegrated into your central channel,
Your energy.
And be gentle with yourself and with others.
