Welcome to the 21 Day Love Meditation.
I'm Barry Price,
And over the next 21 days,
We're going to be opening your heart and inviting the right man and the right type of love into your life.
This is going to be a journey of self-discovery,
Of faith,
Love,
Hope,
Empowerment,
And self-expression.
Love is at the center and core of our being.
Whether it's love for our fellow man,
Our friends,
Our family,
A love and a passion for what we do and our work that brings us abundance,
A love for ourselves that makes us deserving and whole,
Or giving and receiving love with a partner,
A soulmate,
A best friend,
A lover who we can spend our lives together with,
Sharing our most cherished experiences.
So prepare yourself for one of the most important journeys you'll take.
Find yourself a comfortable position,
Whether sitting down or lying down.
There's no right or wrong way to do that.
So get comfortable,
And let's begin.
Close your eyes and think of a time when you felt truly loved.
It may have been a time in your childhood,
It may have been with someone you had just met.
It may have been with a teacher,
It may have just been a fleeting moment with someone who was a stranger,
But where you felt truly cared about and understood and safe.
And I want you to think of that person in that moment,
And as you think about it,
Put yourself back there into that feeling of love.
And begin to drop from your head and from your thoughts down into your body and into your heart.
Remembering through your body and through your heart how it felt,
How it felt to be suffused in that atmosphere of lovingness.
Feel the glow of that love as it enters you and fills you and surrounds you.
Begin to really recognize what that sensation of love feels like.
Think of another time you felt love,
A time you received it or that you gave love.
See the look on the person's face or feel how they reacted,
How it made them feel as you opened your heart and sent that warm,
Loving,
Compassionate care towards them.
Or imagine how you felt receiving that another time.
And I want you to think,
Feel another time and another time and start to let those memories or experiences come.
And if they're not coming easily,
Imagine what kind of love you do want to experience.
Imagine how it feels to be that loved and that loving.
Start to feel it all through the cells of your body,
In your head,
To your toe,
And in the center of your chest.
Feel the gratitude you have.
Feel the warmth and the safety that's creating for you.
Maybe notice if your breathing is changing,
Your face softening.
What does your body do when you feel this embraced by love?
Know this feeling because it is your essential feeling,
Your core,
Your true face.
We are all love.
You are love.
Lock it in now so that you remember this feeling.
When you go out in your day,
When you begin to feel challenged or unloved or alone or lose faith,
Come back to this certainty.
What it feels like and what it felt like and what it will feel like again,
To be this fully loved,
This fully appreciated and acknowledged and seen and known,
Supported and cared for.
Put that into your heart and put that into your body and then put that into your mind as an intention.
We will be carrying it.
Make a moment and just feel and experience the sensation and feeling of love as we begin our journey to believe in love again.
As you let that settle in,
As you let that settle in,
You can begin to come back to your present moment wherever you're sitting or lying or standing.
You can begin to come back and you can open your eyes.
You can know that as you continue forward,
This feeling of love is going to permeate every day,
Every moment,
Every action,
Every decision in your life.
We are all love and you are love.
