This is a great start to my current journey. It was a reminder how when I do begin to get close to people; I may self sabotage it from probably needs for healing family issues. I personalize meditations & change the words as the meditations is playing to suit my current needs. So I guess I must give myself a pat on the back that I am releasing some of my past resistance & blockages. It was a true reminder that though I am great at giving love that I have to focus more on my heart chakra so I can allow others to give me Love & for me to with open arms receive love with gratitude. This was a gentle reminder of the inner work that I have been doing & it made me feel so much joy of my new journey of self love & integration of my shadow & light sides of self.

Your voice was soothing & the music in the background had me in a reflective meditative state.
