In this meditation,
We'll be using golden frequency and activating to it.
It's an amazing energy that's going to help you to connect in with your divinity,
Claim your space,
And expand your awareness and consciousness.
So let's begin with a nice long breath in and breathe out.
Let's do it one more time.
In,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
Now breathe naturally and simply focus on your breath for a few breaths,
Gently breathing in and out,
Allowing a sense of calmness and relaxation that goes deeper and deeper with every breath you take.
And as you breathe,
Check in with your body and notice if there's any tension or tightness.
And with each breath,
Feel it melting away.
Feel your muscles soften,
Your shoulders relax,
Feeling lighter,
Your back softening,
The legs,
The arms,
Relaxing the muscles in your face,
Allowing tension to drain away and a calm tranquility replaces it.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Take a moment to relax the muscles of your chest,
Connecting with your heart space,
And notice that within it,
There's a sparkling,
Moving,
Golden crystalline light that's as bright as the sun.
Now at first it might be a dark tiny pinprick of a little sun or a candle flame,
Or it might be a big golden glistening orb.
It's okay whatever the size,
However it appears.
It is organic,
Living,
Glowing,
Crystalline golden light.
And if you can't see it,
Know that it's there.
Come into loving awareness of its presence.
Now take a moment to visualize the source of infinite golden crystalline light.
It is the loving spark of the divine that resides within each and every one of us.
Make it bright,
Make it shine,
Connect with it.
Allow it to fill your chest with its golden glow.
This golden light,
This divine source light as bright as the sun,
As warm as the sun,
Expands and it grows.
It spills over from your heart space and into the rest of your body,
Growing brighter,
Fuller,
And more alive until it emanates throughout your entire body.
Imagine that every cell,
Every fiber,
Every particle within is filled with this golden frequency.
Immerse yourself in it.
Notice it in your head,
Your torso,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Imagine that if you were looking at yourself from the outside,
All you would see is a beautiful gold light body,
Sparkling and shimmering like the sun.
Now imagine that you've got this beautiful big golden egg around your body.
Make it as big as you want and then imagine that that gold light within your body starts to spill out from your body and it fills that egg up with golden source light.
Fills it and fills it and fills it some more.
Claim your space with it.
Enhance the glorious light that already exists within,
Without.
Expand.
See that egg get bigger and bigger and bigger.
Allow this golden light to transmute in its loving flames anything that no longer serves.
You can even push it out in a way.
Allow and breathe.
Now notice that there's this beautiful golden laser line that starts in the center of your chest and it goes down,
Down,
Down,
Out your body,
Out this egg and down,
Down,
Down,
Into the core of the earth.
The core of the earth with its crystalline sun in the center of it.
See this line connected into this beautiful gold light crystalline sun in the center of the earth and then imagine that that line goes up and out the top of your head all the way up,
All the way up into the central sun.
This beautiful light in the center of our galaxy.
See this line connected in with that crystalline source of light.
You are connected as above,
So below.
This energy that saturates you,
That you're immersed in,
In this moment.
It is a loving,
Calming,
Creative,
Peaceful energy that aids you in transcending any doubts and any fears you may have about reclaiming your birthright.
Reclaiming your role as a conscious creator within yourself and this universe.
Reclaiming your understanding of the infinite power you have to access any information that you need that's in the best and highest good and for yourself and for everyone around you.
