Apply a gentle pressure between your thumbs and fingers.
If they're not already there,
Allow the backs of your hands to rest upon your knees or thighs so that fingers point toward the sky.
Can you feel the heat being created between your fingers and thumb?
A subtle growing awareness of the heat transfer between your fingers and thumb.
As this awareness deepens,
Can you feel the energy growing within your hands?
Slight sensations may occur,
Something similar to pins and needles.
This is totally normal.
Just allow any sensations to occur and observe,
Becoming aware of the life force energy within you as it cultivates in this ring created by the vitality in each one.
Allow your awareness to grow,
Noticing the heat and energy within your entire head.
Letting them thrive with potential.
Imagine this energy like two shining suns sitting within your hand.
And allow the light,
Warmth and energy of these two suns to radiate up your arms towards your head and simultaneously flow into your knees,
Traveling through your legs up towards your heart.
Eventually,
Feeling warm energy circulating your body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Bathing yourself in your life force energy or prana.
Be aware of the energy flow within your body.
Visualize the life of your suns exploring all aspects of yourself with the gentle touch of awareness just like the soft connection between your fingers and thumb.
As you become aware of your physical body,
The energy within you is flowing.
Perhaps you notice the difference between you,
Your energy and the path of the ground beneath you supporting you.
Letting air upon your skin,

Realizing that each of these things have their own vital life energy and that you are in communication with them.
