We're going to use the space of our bodies to transform today,
Becoming alchemists in our own right.
Following your next breath,
I'd like you to open your heart and connect with the thing you aim to transform.
Whatever the challenge,
Feeling,
The situation is,
Take a few breaths as all of the thoughts and emotions attached to that thing flood through your system.
Acknowledge them.
And once you've given yourself time to let those feelings wash through you,
Return to your sense of openness and emptiness.
