If you're feeling shaky.
And you need some support to feel grounded and settled.
Let's take some time right now.
It starts with pausing.
To feel your body right now.
And feel your body's connection with the ground.
Slowing down.
Take your time and just feel yourself slowing down.
Being here in this present moment.
And maybe become aware of your feet.
You can even.
Wiggle your toes a bit so you're kind of waking up your feet.
So you can feel them.
No,
That's right.
Notice how that feels.
And notice.
But as you feel your feet,
You're probably aware of your breathing as well.
Maybe you even find yourself taking some conscious breaths.
Aware of your breath,
Not trying to change it.
Letting it be just as it is.
Be aware of the other places where your body's in contact with what you're sitting on.
You're safe.
You're back.
Just bringing awareness there to those places of contact.
There is support beneath you.
You can let yourself be held by what's beneath you.
And rest into that support.
Take some time now to sense if there's something in you feeling shaky.
Maybe you can feel that in your throat.
Your chest or your stomach and belly.
Maybe shaky describes it well,
Or maybe there's another word that fits better.
And maybe you can let a gentle hand go there where you're feeling that.
And just say.
.
.
Yes,
I know you're there.
And I am here with you.
Feeling your grounding,
Feeling your feet on the ground and your lower body support and saying to the shaky place inside.
I am here with you.
Be the listener to that play.
Maybe it wants to let you know what's feeling so shaky right now.
Just listen.
Let it know you're here.
It doesn't have to change.
It doesn't have to feel better.
It can feel the way it feels.
And you are here with it now.
There's probably a bit of relief that comes because you are present now in yourself.
Feeling what you're feeling.
And also feeling your grounded support under you.
And resting into that support.
Yeah,
So we'll bring this process to a gentle completion.
And you can also let these inner places know that you're willing to come back.
Feeling the support under you.
As you open your eyes if they've been closed and look around the room.
You are here.
