Okay,

In this short practice we're going to be grounding into our feet.

This practice is for connecting with the beauty of these toes and sole and ankles and tops of the feet and the toenails.

We've been blessed with such a gift,

A body in this lifetime,

And so may we acknowledge this body in this practice today.

May we acknowledge our feet that are there,

Just hanging out,

Doing their thing,

Connecting with the earth.

As I continue to speak these words,

I invite you to allow your attention to drift down to your feet.

In the words that I will be speaking,

The purpose of them is to just continue to stream your conscious awareness to your own feet,

So that you get to enjoy a grounding that otherwise you may not regularly enjoy.

When we bring our energy to our feet,

As you are doing right now in listening to these words,

You may notice some tingling.

You may notice just more.

You may just become aware of your feet.

Maybe even we didn't have an awareness of our feet until you press play on this meditation.

So just being in loving presence with your feet.

Are you noticing more of your awareness on your left foot or your right foot?

Or are you balanced between the two?

The encouragement is to be balanced between the two.

So you might lean your conscious energetic attention to the side or to the other side and find your midpoint where half of your loving awareness is going to your left foot and half of your loving awareness is going to your right foot.

And observe as well where in your foot or your feet are you centering your awareness?

Is your attention mostly on your heels or your toes or somewhere in the middle?

How can you master your force so that your pixelated specks of energetic swirls of the quantum field that is your projection of awareness,

Can that be with every cell of both feet?

Can that be with both feet?

And if I may I'll be curious.

What does gravity feel like?

Can you sense gravity existing in your feet,

Around your feet,

Below your feet,

Inside?

What's your experience of gravity right now?

Breathe that one in.

Gravity is our Gaia's,

Our Earth Mother's.

Way of communicating with us.

That is how she holds us.

It's a shift of narrative from the scientific way of looking at what that which is gravity,

Which too is like an electromagnetic field.

And gravity is Gaia's way of nurturing us,

Holding us.

If she was not doing that,

You'd be floating into the ether.

When we find this narrative to emanate through our belief system,

Inside of our stories,

In our mind,

We can find a deeper level of safety in our body.

Oh,

I am always being held and nurtured by a greater force.

Oh,

And what better way to sense and connect with that greater force than through gravity.

Gravity is always with us.

The sense of gravity can be an anchor to the storms of the mind.

So when the storms of the mind come,

Oh,

Where's my anchor?

Oh,

It's in the gravity of my physicality.

And I can go there by connecting to my feet,

Being with the Earth,

Saying hello to the force and the intelligence of our Gaia.

As we be in sacred harmony with a greater being,

That we are in touch with,

In physical touch with.

Well done in following along to this short practice.
