Sitting up tall.
Seeing light and love coming in through the nose into the heart.
The next breath fills our entire lungs with love and light.
Next breath brings love and light into our belly area.
Next breath takes this love and light all the way to the toes.
And then to our fingertips.
And with the next breath from head to toe,
We are saturated with love and light.
This light protects us,
Heals us,
Reminds us that we are pure.
And now we extend that light out through our skin,
Filling up our homes.
And this intense glowing light continues to pour in,
Expanding into our town.
Expanding still filling our entire state.
Expanding still filling the entire country.
And the entire globe.
And at this point in time,
Every planet,
Every star ends in the perfect place.
And responds to our intention and intensifies our light.
And so we fill this light with love and healing.
So that every life,
Every person on this planet is stronger.
Able to resist this virus.
Every person on this planet is reminded that they are already pure and divine.
That we are already peaceful.
We are already complete.
The light continues to pour in with every breath,
Continuing to protect us,
Strengthen us.
This love and light pours out into the entire planet for every individual that needs it.
So that their suffering is reduced.
That they are reminded that they are loved unconditionally.
They are pure and perfect in every way.
That they too are light.
The light in each one of us is intensified at this moment,
Strengthened,
Purified and connected to every light.
The source of light.
This one light.
Now I let this love come into my being.
I let this love flow out in my heart,
All my friends,
My family,
My neighbor,
My entire world.
I become conduit,
An instrument for every person on this planet.
This love and light floods into me.
And through this meditation flows throughout the world.
Every atom in my body,
Every cell is flooded with love and light,
Bringing a protective energy.
And it overflows into the entire planet.
And I receive this love and light with open arms,
Open heart,
With complete faith,
Completeuckles,
With joy in humanity.
