The first way is to go to the bathroom,
Look at yourself in the mirror,
Or just find a mirror and gaze at yourself in the mirror as you repeat these affirmations to yourself.
It helps to look in your eyes so you can gaze directly at your own soul and repeat these affirmations to yourself.
If you're not comfortable with that,
Or that may not be accessible to you,
You can practice these guided affirmations like you would a meditation.
So you can find a comfortable seat with your spine nice and long and tall.
Gently close the eyes and repeat to yourself.
So I'll say the affirmation and you can repeat it to yourself either in your head or out loud.
I find it the most effective if you're able to repeat the affirmation out loud to yourself.
So let's get started by getting in your position to do your affirmations.
Take a moment to settle in,
Getting comfortable with the space,
And take three deep easy breaths.
Inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth.
Beautiful.
Take two more just like that.
Now repeat to yourself.
