Welcome to this meditation to clear and protect your aura.
We are in other people's energies all the time and sometimes we take on emotions or energies that are not our own.
This aura protection meditation is designed to heal and clear out your current energetic field.
Then using the imagery of the moon to seal in your energy with a field of protection.
If you are a health care provider,
Healer,

Have a lot of empathy,
Water sign placements in your chart or offer any service where you are giving your energy to others,
This meditation is perfect for you to reclaim and preserve your energy.
We'll start by finding your comfortable meditation position,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Whether that is seated with the spine long,
Crown of the head lifted towards the sky,
Or laying down on the floor,
Your couch or your recliner.
Allow yourself to arrive,
Settling into a position where the chest is unobstructed so you can take a nice full long deep breath.
Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.
Let's begin to clear out the current energy with the breath.
So take a deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Open mouth sigh.
Another inhale through the nose,
This time hold it at the top,
Sip a bit more air.
And exhale,
Big release out the mouth.
One more inhale through the nose,
Little extra sip of air at the top,
And full exhale out,
Let it go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath.
And just notice the journey the breath is taking in your body today.
Notice the temperature,
Texture of the breath.
Notice the temperature,
Texture of the breath.
Is the breath reaching your throat,
Your chest,
Your belly?
As you settle in and relax,
Begin to bring awareness to your chakras or energy centers,
And simply notice their current state.
As I guide you through each one,
Notice any sensations,
Colors,
Feelings,
Or vibrations in that area.
Do your energy centers feel balanced,
Fatigued,
Overactive,
Or underactive?
Pay attention to any energy leaks or areas where you may feel drained.
And starting at the crown chakra,
Become aware of the top of your head.
Notice the sensations here.
Now become aware of the third eye chakra at the center of your forehead,
Space between the eyebrows.
How does it feel here?
Moving to the throat chakra at the base of the throat,
The hollow of your collarbone.
Does this area feel tired,
Closed off,
Open?
Notice what comes up.
Shifting awareness to the heart chakra at the center of the chest.
Does it feel tight?
Does it feel open?
Are there any emotions,
Fears,
Or feelings you're holding on to?
Simply observe the energy of your heart space.
Now dropping down into the solar plexus chakra,
Two inches above the navel.
Notice what you feel,
See,
Or experience here.
Tracing your awareness down to the sacral chakra,
The space between the hip points,
Two inches below the navel.
Notice any sensations or feelings here.
Arriving at the final chakra,
The root chakra,
At the very base of the tailbone.
Do you feel anchored and grounded by it?
Or do you feel a little spacey here?
Just notice what is coming up for you here at this chakra.
Now scan through all of your chakras one more time,
Becoming aware of any energy within you that does not belong.
Visualize the moon drawing it out,
Releasing this energy that is not yours from your aura.
Clearing it from your being.
Now feel into your current energetic aura through the state of your seven chakras.
Deepen the connection to your breath as you sit with your energy.
Now envision the white light of the moon gently surrounding you.
This radiant light forms the sphere of your protective aura.
If anything has drained your energy recently,
It may have weakened this shield.
Imagine the moonlight repairing and sealing any places where your aura may have felt vulnerable or leaked.
Then begin to feel this moonlight strengthening your protective aura.
As you breathe,
See the moonlight seal and fortify your protective shield.
Any energy that is not yours is not your aura.
As you breathe,
See the moonlight seal and fortify your protective shield.
Any energy that is yours stays protected within.
Only your highest self resides inside this sphere.
Anything else exists outside of it.
Any energy that is not yours reflects off this protective sphere and dissolves away.
Spend a few moments strengthening this shield,
Protecting your precious aura with this white healing moonlight.
Begin to deepen the breath,
Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into your root chakra,
The base of the tailbone.
Softly become aware of your body,
Then guide gentle movement,
Wiggling fingers and toes,
Rolling out the head and neck.
Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,
Bring both hands to your heart,
One stacked on top of another,
Feeling your unique energy,
Your unique aura residing in the heart space.
Take one inhale through the nose,
An expansive exhale out the mouth,
Sharing your practice with the world.
Whenever you are ready to return,
Softly open the eyes and arrive back into your space.
