Hello and welcome to this year ahead manifestation meditation.
The practice of visualization towards our future goals is highly effective in reaching them because we are welcoming the sensation and frequency of it into our being and our body.
Setting intentions in a sacred way through meditation is a powerful way to manifest all that we desire.
We are 70% more likely to achieve our manifestations when visualizing them and this practice is designed to guide you through exactly that.
To begin this meditation start by settling into your position of choice.
You may feel called to practice in a seat on a chair,
Recliner or meditation cushion.
Or you may feel called to lie down on your yoga mat,
The ground or a soft surface like your bed.
Whichever you choose be sure you won't fall asleep as you enter the state of meditation.
As you arrive close your eyes or soften your gaze gently.
Begin to lengthen the spine as you relax the body.
Now scan through your body from head to toe.
Noticing if you are holding tension anywhere.
Allow your next exhale to descend down your body to loosen this area of tension.
Surrendering your entire body.
Enter a state of ease with the breath.
Inhaling low,
Slow and deep.
Then exhaling fully and completely.
Cycle through a few rounds of this low,
Slow and deep breath to relax the body.
Melting any tension on the exhale as you soothe the stimulation of your body.
Entering a state of clarity and openness.
Transitioning to a deeper breath to cleanse the aura.
Any ties of the past and completely clear the slate for the year ahead.
This clearing breath will include inhaling through the nose for a count of four.
Holding the breath at the top of the inhale for a count of three.
Then exhaling out the mouth with a small o shape as if you are blowing out a candle for a count of eight.
I'll be guiding you through each round of breath.
Let's start by exhaling to fully empty out the lungs.
Clearing any stuck or stagnant energy.
Inhaling through the nose for four.

Hold it at the top for three.
Two.

Exhale slowly as if you are blowing out a candle for eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Breathe out the past,
The year behind you.
Inhaling through the nose for four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Hold it at the top for three.
Two.
One.
Breathe out with pursed lips for eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Feel the exhale clear your body completely.
Inhaling through the nose for four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Hold it at the top for three.
Two.
One.
Exhale and softly blow for eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Feel the exhale clear your energy and aura.
Inhaling through the nose for four.
Hold at the top for three.
Exhale and softly blow out the mouth for eight.
Inhaling through the nose for four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Feel the exhale clean the slate,
Opening you up to possibility.
Take two more rounds of this breath on your own,
Following your natural lung capacity if the count does not serve you.
Exhale.
Release that breathing pattern and flow into your natural rhythm of breathing.
Now begin to call in an intention you have for the year ahead.
Maybe it's a word,
A feeling,
A state of being.
This intention is the fuel that drives your goals.
So focus on the energy behind the goal rather than the goal itself when setting your goals.
This intention can be the word structure,
The feeling of security,
Or a state of confidence.
In this open and clear state,
Magnetize this intention into your being.
Now envision yourself living out this intention through the year ahead.
Across the seasons from spring,
Summer,
Autumn,
And winter.
How do you move through the world with this intention?
Notice how it feels with this intention driving your daily actions and decisions.
Connect with these sensations throughout your body as this intention flows within you.
Now call in a major desire or goal you wish to manifest in the coming year.
Pick just one for now.
You can repeat this practice for other desires or goals you may have.
Now see this one goal clearly in your mind's eye.
Picture all the details,
The visual form this goal takes on.
When in the year is this goal coming to life?
Who is around you?
What does this desire look like?
Now see yourself there in that moment.
Welcome the warm,
Accomplished feeling in your body.
Having exactly what you desire.
Be in this goal.
You made it happen.
You are there.
It is yours.
Reconnect to your intention in this moment of achieving your goal.
Feel how it led you to this exact point.
Fueling each step,
Action,
And thought towards your goal.
Your intention is interwoven with your goal.
Magnetize the path of your goal into your state of being.
Use the threads of your intention to align this goal towards you.
Claim it as yours.
You are worthy and deserving,
As you are,
To have this goal be completely yours.
You are living and breathing,
Already having achieved this goal.
Become aware of your body in this present moment.
Your higher state of being has already achieved this goal.
Manifested all that you desire.
Inhale deeply.
Immerse that goal into your body.
Exhale it into the current timeline.
Continue with deep breaths.
Bringing the intention behind your goals into your conscious world.
As you are ready to reawaken,
Gently move your fingers and toes.
Making your way to blink the eyes open.
I encourage you to journal on your intention and goals,
Or write it down somewhere so you can keep it with you as we head into the new year.
At the end of this year,
Reflect back on what you wrote and see how it came to life.
