I work with a lot of really talented and sensitive people all over the world.
I noticed through the years that a lot of my friends take in lower negative energy through the stomach area which is like a third brain thrust.
Therefore I created this simple guided cleanse and protection to really assist all these beautiful souls who are struggling in these challenging times so you can still feel,
Sense and thrive.
Lower energies affect all organs and especially the liver which then make your own personal energy go up and down through the day and unbalance your mood.
So now take a couple of deep breaths in and out.
Gently close your eyes and breathe all the way down below the navel.
Now I would like you to focus,
Concentrate in your beautiful stomach.
We often forget precious parts of our being which is a gift from heaven.
Then you softly start to see blue light flowing and streaming through the area.
See the blue light pouring through you like a spring stream gently cleansing,
Clearing away all lower energies and negativity in the area.
Breathe in and out and see flowing blue light dissolve,
Clean away everything that hinder blocks you from feeling,
Sensing deeply for this wonderful world breathing through your senses and being.
Gently breathe,
Release,
Let go and ask heaven for help to purify,
Purify and heal you and breathe and see waves of blue light stream through your being and clear,
Cleanse restoring you to your pure nature and allow yourself to return to your inner pure light.
Breathe,
Relax and let go and ask the light and the universe to cleanse,
Clear and detox you from all energies which are not beneficial for your well being.
Remember to breathe deeply and release all toxic energies which doesn't belong to you.
Breathe in and out and release and let go and then take a short break and breathe while we reset and start the next part.
Now I would love to invite you to call in,
Invoke violet light from the universe.
Breathe and see glowing violet light rays go through your area below the navel.
Breathe in and out and see rays of violet light transform,
Transmute any left lower energies by dissolving all darkness into light.
Breathe and see remaining parts slowly evaporate into the violet light shining through your being.
Pure violet light flow through you while you breathe,
Relax and release all traces of lower energies.
And there you then give thanks to heavens beautiful light and return to your sacred heart and develop a deep feeling of gratitude and blessing within you for being detoxed.
Finally I would like to invite you to breathe and return to your stomach area.
There you call heavens blue light to create a sphere or shield over the whole stomach area to protect you.
There you also ask the light and heaven to only allow in beneficial,
Positive and healing energy through the protecting sphere of light.
