Find a comfortable sitting form,
Take a nice deep breath in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Relax the shoulders,
The neck,
The jaw.
Tune into your body for a moment.
Notice how it feels,
Notice how you feel towards it.
It's not about loving your body,
It's about realizing your body is a vessel.
A vessel for your big,
Beautiful beating heart that holds so much love for your family.
For the bubbles of laughter that escape your lips on a Friday evening with friends.
For the wrinkles that form on the sides of your eyes,
As you smile at the beauty of nature.
It's about falling in love with this magnificent,
Wild,
Marvelous time you have on earth.
Bring that every step you take to your next destination.
Every reach for a loved one's hand.
Every breath of fresh air is given to you by this body.
It's not about falling in love with your body,
It's about realizing your body is love,
Regardless of how you feel about it.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Wrap your left arm over your right shoulder,
Wrap your right arm under your left arm.
Hug yourself.
Breathe into the love of your body.
Stay here as long as you would like.
