This session slowly ramps down from alpha to relaxing high theta. This protocol is useful for inducing sleep in those who have insomnia due to overactive, chattery minds. Use this session in a quiet place in a chair, or lying down with headphones/earphones. After starting the session, close your eyes, relax & just mindfully focus on the beats. By the end of the session, you'll be ready to relax for sleep.
