Hello beautiful souls and welcome to today's training series where we are going to be diving deep into releasing the old from the year behind you energetically and stepping into the energy of 2025.

Quantum leaping,

Manifesting your highest possible year,

Releasing karmic loops,

Karmic attachments because right now as we're in this portal of transition it's actually the perfect time to pause,

To reflect and to prepare to enter a new phase of your life with fresh,

Clear,

Aligned energy.

So today we're going to be diving into the art of energetically closing a year,

Right?

How to release attachment,

Karmic cycles,

Releasing the dense energies from this year so you're ready for 2025 with clarity,

Alignment and purpose because this period now this transition portal between 2024 to 2025 there's a really powerful space for you to clear the old energies of 2024 and you want to do that because 2024 was a heavy year energetically,

Right?

You might have been feeling that like oh wasn't it the year eight like abundance?

Yes,

It was the year of abundance,

It was the year of power,

It was the year of responsibility but there's also shadow aspects of that too,

Right?

So I saw a lot of people going through huge identity shifts becoming new versions of themselves.

So you might have seen that a version of yourself died this year and a new part of you stepped in,

A new version of yourself stepped in.

There were a lot of power,

Not power plays but it's like finding your power,

Right?

So challenges to bring you back into your power and then the side of abundance that's focused on long-term financial growth,

On responsibility,

On discipline even.

So you probably did face quite a few challenges because in the end it was about empowerment,

Actually stepping into the future and building resilience,

Right?

So you can actually step into year nine which is the closing year which we're about to move into with a strength and a clarity.

So yes,

Number eight which was 2024 associated with abundance,

Prosperity,

Material gain and there has been this collective focus on creating more wealth and success,

Right?

Because the year focused on bringing people into their personal power to take bold,

Aligned action to achieve their goals.

You might have been feeling that too,

Right?

So 2024 for most of us has been a year to make big ambitious moves in career,

In finances and even if you did make big bold moves this year you might be feeling like I didn't really feel like I reaped huge rewards from these big bold moves like maybe in other years you would have.

That's the energy of it.

That's the energy of this year.

It's building for the future,

Right?

So it's a year to really step into your worth and your potential with a strong focus on responsibility,

Accountability and self-discipline,

Right?

So you probably had situations placed in front of you where you were told to take charge and confront situations where you were giving away your power,

Right?

Which isn't fun to be put in those situations but it's so important because where you give away your power is where your energy leaks.

So you would have been shown these areas so that you could actually strengthen your boundaries and step into more power.

Number eight also sometimes called the karma number,

It also has a focus on balance and justice,

Right?

So in 2024 there were situations that required you to align with actions from the past,

Right?

So what I mean by that there's been an energy in this year eight of what goes around comes around.

So reaping the consequences of your past action whether positive or negative.

So a lot of karmic loops have been closing which is why we really want to have a look at it and make sure that all the karmic loops are actually fully closed or fully complete and you're not carrying them in with you for the next year.

And finally number eight also focuses on stability.

So this is creating those structures,

Routines to support sustainable growth.

Even though eight is an abundance number it's not like abundance,

It's more like building,

Building,

Building the foundation for the abundance to grow.

So it's very grounded,

It's very practical,

It's disciplined action,

It's not a year for shortcuts,

It's actually building the growth that is going to pay off for many years to come.

So that's been 2024,

A year to manifest goals by being disciplined,

Focused,

Steady,

Patient and understanding that consistent effort and focus will lead to tangible rewards,

Right?

So overall 2024 was a demanding year but also transformative one,

An intense one.

2025 is going to be a year of closure,

Compassion and transformation,

Right?

But in a different way because it's a universal year nine,

Right?

So nine it's completing cycles,

Integrating lessons,

Preparing for a new chapter and a lot of people when they're like oh I'm moving into year nine or year nine they worry that it's going to be really hard and rough and you know oh everything's letting go.

I actually often find that the year seven and eight are harder because they're preparing for you for year nine.

So as long as you're like actually going this isn't a line so I'm letting it go,

It doesn't have to be difficult,

It just means change.

It's only difficult when we resist the change.

My last year nine was really beautiful right because every single change that came in every time it was like an intuitive I have to release this,

This is no longer serving me,

I didn't hold on to it,

Right?

So if you can face it and move into year nine really having already done the work which we're going to do together around what do I need to let go of,

What energetic attachments do I need to clear,

What lessons do I need to integrate,

It's going to feel so much easier for you but you're still probably going to feel over 2025 a lot of release,

A lot of letting go what doesn't serve you anymore and this might be relationships,

Beliefs,

Old habits.

There's going to be an energy to really push you to examine what you're holding on to that doesn't actually serve you anymore because it's connected to the past right and 2025 is preparing us for our next year one.

There is an unburdening energy coming right which is like releasing,

Decluttering emotionally,

Physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually all these parts of ourselves so we can create a clean slate for the future.

Year nine also carries humanitarian energy so there is an energy of kindness,

Empathy,

Desire to support others so we might see more of a collective focus on social and environmental issues and people even become more conscious of their impact.

Look following up from the year eight it's probably going to be a lot lighter even though it's going to be deeply transformative right the energy is going to be very very transformative and it's also going to bring a lot of emotional energy to the service right so any emotions that have been suppressed that you've been holding on to they're going to come up for you to experience and make your way through.

You cannot avoid it if you want to go into the year one right this is a year when it's time to go all in with the inner work right so old wounds,

Old emotions,

The old energies all of it it's time to release it and let go of it so you can move forward and move past what has actually been keeping you stuck.

Now most importantly and what I want you to know and take with you is the energy of 2025 is transformative and inspiring.

It's going to support breakthroughs,

Self-expression and we're going to see that on quite a global scale massive change that is happening right so now as we're going to prepare for the energy of 2025 it means we have to wrap up all the old cycles because what comes after year nine is year one 2026 and that is where it's all new beginnings right so it's like you've been planting the seeds now we're going to release what is no longer alignment and 2026 you're going to really start to see these seeds grow and prosper.

So why is it so important for us to energetically close the year?

Unresolved energies and attachment to the past and parts of ourselves that are living in the past build up in our energy field and create blockages right these blockages feel like resistance even self-sabotage and they slow down our growth they slow down our true path they slow us down from connecting to our true purpose right if you think of your energy like this beautiful flowing river when stuff like old emotions old wounds limiting beliefs unresolved issues show up it creates debris in this river and it slows the flow and limits new possibilities that can enter so when we clear these and make space for them we make space for new experiences new downloads new opportunities and for higher energy to come in so energetic closure which is what we need to do now during this transition period 2024 to 2025 means releasing attachment to people places situations belief that are no longer aligned with you right they're no longer aligned and it's not ignoring or forgetting the past right like oh i'm just gonna block this person and not speak to them i mean you can do that but we're actually going to have to have a look at it and clear the energy from it and release the part that affects you and the part that you are holding onto this part is so important because we don't want you carrying anything from this anymore because that's what's actually going to block this openness and the flow and all the new opportunities everything this year has been serving you right there might have been situations that were quite tough and maybe you even because there was a power dynamic that was coming up this year maybe you even thought at different times you gave away your power and thought why does it feel like i'm being punished but it actually was nothing to do with that it's a year of you finding your power and everything was serving you everything is always serving you right and because there was a year of lessons karma it's really important that we sit down and look at these experiences and actually ask what did it bring me like what is the lesson that i learned from them because that's what what karma is about right it's about soul lessons if you can integrate the soul lesson the karma loop ends so with all of these situations that you've experienced this year it's really important that you have a look what was it that my soul needed to learn from this experience and if you can learn that lesson it's complete right so these soul contracts are spiritual agreements we make with others to help each other learn specific lessons right and it ties into the karmic loop so during 2024 you probably encountered people situations who were a part of these contracts and it's important that you recognize these agreements right and that you tune in are they complete or are they not and understand that they are an important part of your growth and everything that has felt heavy or or even unpleasant to move through we will find gratitude for it because it's going to help you become the person that you're here to be so the lessons are the number one thing we want to focus on because it clears the karmic cycles that are these patterns that repeat in our lives until we are truly ready to learn the lesson they bring you might have noticed some of these loops or karmic patterns in relationships finances self-worth even right throughout the year but really these have been opportunities because if a pattern showed up repeatedly right it's like a situation another situation it's a signal for you to take notice and consciously choose how you want to respond and ask what is my soul trying to learn in this moment even you having that awareness alone is so powerful because it gives you the freedom to stop repeating what no longer serves you and that begins to free you up from that karmic loop so as part of the release into the new year we need to understand what soul lessons you needed to learn this year so you don't carry them into the next year we don't want to keep going with this right and once we learn the soul lessons we can also cleanse the energy from everything that you've been carrying in 2024 that you don't want to take with you in 2025 so i'd love for you to actually begin by making a list and thinking about the difficult situations you went through this year and ask yourself what did this teach me what was the soul lesson here how did it help me grow and as you come and find the soul lesson so for example you're like okay well if my soul wanted to learn a lesson from this intuitively i feel like it would be da da da for example maybe there was a repeated conflict that you had in friendship situations right like there was a constant sense of betrayal let's say you were betrayed by friends multiple times over the year you get to go and say okay what if my soul wanted to learn a lesson from this what would that lesson be might be discernment it might be deeper trust it might be boundaries right and then you get to ask yourself have i learned that lesson do i truly feel like i've learned that lesson if not what do i need to actually learn this lesson because this is where then it becomes an integrated soul lesson and then you're not going to have that experience again because you've already learned the lesson right and this goes for any repeated patterns in your life once you get the soul lesson like it's good it's done so karmic loops karmic lessons soul contracts and one of the big reasons we're clearing all of that is we also have to clear the old energy right so this is the stuff that you've been carrying holding stuff that isn't even your stuff that you've taken on the limiting beliefs because it takes up space space where new downloads new insights new opportunities inspirations higher energies can come from it's like you're doing a spring clean right we want to release all the energy that you're carrying that doesn't support you so you can create a fresh open clear space in your energy field so you can be the highest version of yourself because before we move into bringing you into this higher timeline quantum leaping you you cannot quantumly carrying all of this stuff it needs to be cleared so for you you can start saying to yourself universe spirit guides i'm open and ready for what's next show me what i need to clear so i can be ready for what is next now you are becoming as part of this process energetically sovereign right so this is about taking full ownership of your energy field consciously choosing what you allow in and what you release being energetically sovereign means you aren't influenced by the past by external energies in a way that takes away from you that derails you it's your responsibility to choose who and what occupies your energy and as you close 2024 this is the gift of this year right giving you that energetic sovereignty that you are the one in power that you are the one responsible for your energy and that you get to choose what you carry with you and we're going to do this work together to release it all so you can align with your highest self we are also going to clear your energetic cords because that's the stuff we carry from other people it drains our energies right it is i'm talking about energetic cords that are rooted in negative emotions unresolved stuff in wounds because that's what drains and pulls our energy so we're going to disconnect those cords and part of that is again calling forward your energetic power right so we're going to disconnect you from all those situations as well because that combined with the soul contracts and then also any density that you're carrying in your energy fields like heavy unresolved emotions that's a big one limiting beliefs they weigh you down and do you see the picture that i'm painting it's like all of this stuff that you've collected and i'm carrying from 2024 how can you become the highest version of yourself when you're holding on to all of this dense energy this is why you're stuck this is why you're like i'm not breaking through i'm not shifting you can't break through and shift while you're still operating in all of this density we have to acknowledge it and release it and that's going to allow us to shift into a lighter more expansive state and ready to welcome in the new higher frequencies that are going to allow us to have the best the highest 2025 possible 2025 is the year of closing it's the year of closure and it gets to feel good it can feel good it can be your most abundant joyful inspiring aligned year even though it's a year nine you get to leverage all of these energies of abundance and power that you've integrated the lessons from this year and the use of transformative energy of year nine to have the most incredible year and we're gonna do this work together over the next few modules so begin by reflecting your homework is to begin to reflect on these soul lessons to ask yourself have i really truly learned this because without that they're going to continue look for those patterns that keep repeating ask yourself what was the lesson what did i need to learn from this if my soul
